Probus was excellent at helping us resolve our AC issue in our office. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC installs or services for your business or residential needs.

There is one word for Jaxon and Probus: Exceptional. On a Friday evening about 5 pm we realized our heating system had stopped working. Add the fact that we were just hours away from a second winter storm in two weeks and single digit temps, we were very concerned about our options. After calling 5 different HVAC professionals-including one we had used for years-Jaxon was the only one who came through. Each of the others said they could not help us until Monday. We made it through one night of low temps with our fireplace and emergency heat, and Jaxon called us first thing Sat am to let us know he had located the part we needed and would be over within an hour-ish to install it. With 3-4 inches of snow already on the ground. I can't say enough good things about Jaxon. I have known him for years and this was just one more example of his integrity and commitment to true service. We are so grateful and can assure you he will be our first and only call in the future.

Great experience! Jaxon got our heat going on one of the coldest days of the winter when other companies could not. Can’t imagine these single- and teens temps without heat.
