Apparently they do not need the work because I left three messages before they actually answered the phone, I think by accident. No other pressure washer company I called did either, probably because of winter. Told me they would give me an estimate. They didn’t. They texted and asked me again if I needed an estimate. I responded yes. That was three weeks ago, and I haven’t heard anything. Took care of it thru other means. So they basically are hard to contact, do not call back when you leave a msg, and lied to me about contacting me back with estimate.

Roof, siding, driveway and front walk all look brand new after a full day's work from the Waynick team. Quick turn around, great job, great price, and respectful, trustworthy service.

Charlie and Pete came out yesterday in the rain and got our place looking great..after some construction around our house , the eaves were really dirty. They got them cleaned and looking great..Had our windows cleaned inside and out. Will use again in the future.

Waynick Pressure Washing did a FANTASTIC job for us at the Cardinal Swim & Tennis Club this spring! The club looks great as all sidewalks look brand new and are algae free... which is amazing based on all of the rain over the past six months!! Thanks for your hard work and I highly recommend!!

When the rep from this company called me, he offered to pressure wash my house and deck for $250. Once he got to the house, he started working and then stated that there was mold on the roof. The roof was already wet from another worker pressure washing, but I took the guy's word for it, and asked how much extra the chemicals would cost to put on the roof. He told me it would cost the price of three buckets of chemicals (I should have immediately picked up on him not giving me a dollar amount). A short time later, he told me that my gutters were full of leaves, and asked if I wanted him to clean them out. I said yes, thinking that Fall was coming, and I should get that done. Again, I should have pressed him for a price, but I didn't think that putting a pressure washer hose in a gutter for a few minutes would be that pricey.

When the job was finished, the job that was initially quoted as $250, I was told that I had to pay $475.00. To top that off, I was told that the pressure washing was actually $300. The worker told me that he had to use more chemicals than the three buckets, and said that he ended up using five, which of course wasn't told to me while they were applying the so-called chemicals. But, seeing as how I was inside the house and didn't see what had happened, I paid the $475. However, it didn't sit right with me that I had been quoted a lower price before the job of $250, so I called Waynick Pressure Washing the next day and asked for $50 to be given back to me. The house looked great, no doubt about that, and the deck was well done, but the bottom line was that I was overcharged. No problem, right? As easy as them giving me a check? Nope, I still haven't heard back from anyone at Waynick, and it has been weeks. To top that off, once the "Chemicals" had dried on the roof, it looked just like it had before they worked on it!

I figured I had been taken, plain and simple, and I actually decided it wasn't worth the fight to try to make things right. I got suckered....my bad. I should have had a quote for the house before work began and not agreed to any other work unless I had an actual dollar amount for the specific extra work that was to take place. However, the more time that goes by, the more I realize that there are probably additional folks who are having this happen to them, and that simply isn't right. So I am posting this review in hopes that I can prevent that from happening.

And here is the best part; the whole reason that I needed the house and deck pressure washed was because I had been in Afghanistan supporting the military for three years. So glad that I came home and decided not to just rent a doggone pressure washer and ladder and do it myself......yeah, that worked out great.
