We're really pleased with their work on our bathroom renovation! Their employees were very skilled; I have no notes on the job they did (which included floor tile, plumbing work, vanity installation, painting, and electrical installation & adjustment). They prioritized our schedule, worked with minimal intrusion into our lives, finished as quickly as they could, cleaned up after themselves, and even had a great attitude about our impolite dog. We'll certainly call them for our next renovation.

I had my floors redone due to water damage and the finish result was amazing. Great company that provided great thorough service, reasonable prices and finished the job in a timely manner. Will definitely use them for future projects. Thanks to you and your team!

I had a great experience with this company. The office assistant was very attentive and listened to my problem. She contacted me several times to keep me updated on the plan. Their staff showed up the same day and worked diligently until they fixed the problem. They were knowledgeable and their work was organized and neat. The prices were very reasonable. The only thing I have left to say is Chris and Reese are my new best friends. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Transou’s several times for plumbing repairs. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. Of course our broken pipes happened on a weekend so we had no water. One call on Monday morning to Transou’s and they were able to work us in the schedule in a timely manner! Everyone is nice and professional.

My septic pump went out on a Friday. I called the company that pumped it last year. They came out that day and quoted me a figure higher than what AI said to expect and it would be a week. Decided to call around. 2nd company was less but would be next week as well. A&B was my third call @2:30 in the afternoon. The price was much better than the other 2 companies and they said that they would try and get out later that day to help us out. 2 hours later they showed up, replaced the pump, cleaned everything up and explained to me everything that had happened. All three individuals I interacted with this company were extremely friendly. Very very impressed with this company. They have won mine and deserve your business. Call them!

Here it is July and no return call about a supposedly nail that kept them from mulching up a stump. The tree was cut down in April and the stump was left because they claim a nail prevented it from being mulched up. I as well as other tree companies have looked at this stump and can't locate the nail. They feel giving back $100 was good enough. I feel they were tired and didn't want to complete the job because it was getting late. They came up with a story of a nail that would damage their equipment to explain why they couldn't complete it. If someone would have returned the call to have someone come show me the nail would left a different review. I feel they avoided the callback because they know they were wrong.

Installed an EV Charger and did a panel upgrade. The primary technician that we worked with, Angel, was very professional and knowledgeable - top notch! Angel kept in communication every step of the way and provided clear answers to all of our questions. When the job was ready for final inspection by the City of Greensboro, that's when Monica took over to make sure everything went smoothly despite the City's shortage of inspectors. Monica worked hard to make sure we got our inspection passed in a timely manner. Good job all around, Dr. Sparky!!

Had a plumbing leak repaired by Reece last week. He did a great job and was a pretty cool guy to talk with. Called them back this time for a toilet that wouldn't flush. They arrived almost immediately. I would use again and most
definitely recommend to others

Super happy with our experience! Our well pump went out after hours on a Monday, and the crew was here Tuesday morning with a brand new well pump. Our house gave them a little bit of trouble since it’s an older log home, but they stayed on it and didn’t leave until we were happy! Will absolutely call Stanley and Son again!

I dealt w/ Lee Lewis after the 4th of July holiday. We came home from DC and had no power. There was nothing we could do Sunday night, so we called looking for electricians first thing Monday morning. We called about 5 and all 5 called back, but no one could come BEFORE 6 pm but Mr Sparky. They quoted us around 1pm and I think they came early around 11am, which was great!!! AND they sent the owner w/ a trainee named Josh. THEY BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT!!! They couldn’t resolve our issue until Tuesday morning because we needed duke power and the inspector to come out. While I was looking for a hotel for the night, Lee suggested they leave a generator or try to give us 60% power to at least run 1 air conditioning unit, the fridge, microwave and tv. Which, when other companies called back, we were told we had to find somewhere else to stay. The fact that they gave us a little power to use to keep us from adding onto an already $8k+ bill…to us…WAS HUGE!!! Every turn we took w/ this company was EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASANT!!! Even when the job was done, this man, THE OWNER, was literally on his hands and knees scrubbing the dirt off our porch!!! I, of course, immediately STOPPED HIM and told him he had already done enough. We got his business cards, paid him and my husband and I thanked Jesus for our blessings… because this man, his employees, and his company, WERE DEFINITELY BLESSINGS TO US!!! We will be forever grateful for his professionalism and kindness

I called Mister Sparky for a GFCI outlet issue. I had been able to reset the outlet but was concerned it had happened before. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and replaced a different outlet on the circuit quickly and at a reasonable price.

I just had a few of the nicest and most efficient crew at the house. They helped install a light fixture, run a cable from one room to another and install a recessed outlet for a new TV. They even helped me hang it. It’s hard to find good electricians that obviously know there stuff, but that are reasonable in their pricing, while also completely professional and kind. I cannot give higher than a 5 star rating, but if I could, they’d deserve it. I found my electrician moving forward.

This company came a rendered service not on the street that the service was supposed to be on, but Behind the service went through a private property and tracked up the yard. You assured me that you was gonna blow the grass back up but yet n steel you left it looking like a race car track. Totally not acceptable at all

We've consistently been satisfied with A&B Septic Service. They've taken care of our septic system for over 15 years, which has kept everything working well. They respond quickly, their prices are reasonable, and the work they do is neat, leaving no damage to our yard after pumping out our septic tank. We appreciate everyone who works at the business.

A&B were quick to come out for a septic tank clean out. They are easy to speak with and the techs that came out were extremely nice with great personalities. Had the septic tank located within a few minutes when 4 other companies could not locate the tank. Pumped the tank quickly.

Derek was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing in detail and he even labeled my panel box for me. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again for my future electrical needs!
