If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.

They are not detail oriented and leave a big mess when done. They don’t clean up or take away broken pvc pipes. Supposedly fixed a problem in April but had to come tear up the yard again 8 months later trying something different.

Driggers Plumbing is on time and on the mark! They came to visit same day when I reported a septic issue and were here the next day to open and pump my tanks and clean the filter, which was what our primary issue was. Everything is working great and the price was extremely fair for the service. Daven, our technician, was informative, effective and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Driggers Septic installed my septic system right before I bought my home. Since then, I've had to do some work in the vicinity of the system/drain field. Every time I've had concerns about what I'm doing and it's impact to the system, I've called them and they've helped point me in the right direction. Even when the county wanted something changed with the system, Nick Drigger called me, explained what needed done, dug up that section of my yard, fixed it, and left the place as he found it. I've never paid this company a dime, and I get better customer service than the places I've spent thousands with. I wouldn't even consider using any other company in the future.

Mr. Charles Driggers gave the best price out of three quotes. He put in a new septic tank with 300 ft of pipe in the leech field in trenches with an 18 inch gravel bed. He even smoothed out all the ruts caused by the dump trucks, backhoe and general digging. All this done in about 8 hours of work. I would highly recommend him!!!

I had a great experience with A&B. I am new to the triad area and was having trouble getting calls back from septic companies, but A&B was immediately responsive. I called on a Friday and by Monday they had a crew out to do a septic pump and full inspection on our system. Professional, skilled, and very knowledgeable. They were patient with me and more than happy to show and teach me about everything they were working on. Two thumbs up!

I had a great experience with A&B! I have had my septic lines repaired as well as my septic tanked pumped through them and everyone was very friendly and got the work done in a timely manner.

Very frustrated with this company. As seller's of a property, under the due diligence period the septic inspection came back that the septic needed to be replaced. We applied for the permit and contacted several companies, this company said they could do the replacement installation for us. Original closing was suppose to be Aug. 9th, on Aug. 14th we received an invoice from A&B Septic Services stating the soonest they would be able to do the job would be Aug. 27th- today's date. We made them aware our closing was contingent on the job being completed. As of this morning, Aug. 27th, 2024- the day the job was to be completed, we received a call from the company stating the job was too far out of their jurisdiction, that they were "contracting" our job out to another company- then proceeded to give our project manager that companies info. Here's the kicker, the company they refered the job to can't get it done until NEXT wednesday- a whole 8 more days. This company has not handled this situation professionally at all. They knew where the property was located when we contacted them beginning of August- if the job was out of their jurisdiction they should've let us know before the day they told us would be the job completetion date. All the while, they've known our closing was contingent on the completetion of this septic job. If we had known weeks ago they would refer us to another company, more than likely we could've already had the job completed. After hearing the news from our project manager, I contacted the company to talk to a manager directly which I was told the decision maker wasn't in and they took my name and number and I was told I would receive a call back which hasn't happened yet. I hesitate to leave bad reviews, but this is just an unacceptable way to do business.

These guys are great. Everyone else was quoting 25% more and no availability. They are quick, courteous, reliable and frankly the best deal in town.

This company was contracted to do an inspection at the home we’re purchasing. They sent an email stating an estimate of the job to redo the septic. When they sent the final estimate, it was double the price. Their reasoning was after looking at the house, it was more labor therefore more money. Again, they inspected it and then gave us a price, only to increase that price again.

They are friendly and informative of your septic system. Very good service and timely service. Very professional employees and staff. W was very happy with their service and would not go with anyone else. Highly recommend them!
