Hope you never need restoration services, but if you do, these are the people to call, especially for repairs. Thanks to Sean, Claudia, Thomas, Cody and a.terrific sheetrock and paint crew, the place looks better than it did before the water damage.

These guys have been great. Within 2 hours of my call they were at my house setting up equipment to dry the area. Sean has handled everything from the original cleanup to dealing with my insurance company. I highly recommend Custom Restoration.

If you are looking for a great company who shows up quickly when you have water all over your floors, Custom Restoration is the way to go. Woke up to what sounded like water coming through the wall just to find a busted pipe in my upstairs bathroom. Greg and Hunter were at my house with an hour, this team did a great job from start to finish and my bathroom, my ceiling and our floors are better than before.

In November we had a garage fire that ended up destroying one side of the building, and caused a lot of smoke damage. After calling a number of contractors we decided on hiring Custom Restoration out of Harrisburg. It was the best decision we could have made. I have had a lot of bad experiences with contractors in the past, so I was nervous. They started and I never once had a problem. Jack and his crew were wonderful. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing- things went very smoothly. They were professional and they went above and beyond to help. Everything I asked for Jack did for us. I can't say enough about Custom Restoration and I would recommend them to everyone.

Custom Restoration came to my home for restoration and remediation. I'm beyond impressed with their work. The entire team is professional, efficient, and meticulous. They are so helpful and walked my wife and I through every step of the process. Communication was seamless, and they exceeded our expectations. Five stars for a job well done!

Our primary shower had a leak and Custom Restoration handled everything from start to finish. They were on top of things from the start, they helped with dealing with insurance, and communicated with us every step of the way. Their employees were very professional and courteous throughout the process. The owners stopped by often to check on progress and answer any questions we had, as well as Sean, who was our go to person. My husband and I are extremely happy with the end result.

The water heater in the condo next burst causing substantial water damage to my unit. Custom Restoration provided prompt, efficient, professional services to mitigate the damages, clean up the mess and walk me through the whole process with a great deal of empathy and responsiveness throughout the whole process. Their team was a pleasure to work with and a joy to have in my home during a time that was extraordinarily stressful. They were respectful, professional, kind and cleaned up after any and all work was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through such a devastating situation...

Custom Restoration and Flooring was wonderful to work with. We had extensive water damage from our refrigerator line bursting and flooding most of our home. Amanda was great at keeping me calm while getting all the details for cleanup-drying out. Thomas and Cory were polite and professional when they arrived to set up fans, then later for removal of flooring and through the final process of clean up. We worked with Sean during the Insurance process, scheduling contractors, picking out new flooring, etc. Sean was always quick to respond to my texts/calls/questions, down to earth guy, professional and kept his word with scheduling and job completion. While we never want this to happen again, if it does, we would call Custom Restoration/Flooring again.

Was force to put one star but my bathroom has been under renovation by Custom Restoration for over 90 days and it’s still not halfway done they did not pull no permits nothing is certified watch yourself when you work with this company. They were paid by my insurance company to do work and they undercut though materials so they got paid for materials that they didn’t even used. They installed broken tiles they did not know how to close gap’s between a tile and the wall they try to stick pieces of sticks to hide it it has been a horrible experience. Horrible dry wall work as you can see All the walls were not sanded they just painted over the sheet rock repair.
Response from the owner who never came to talk to me she said employees but she never took the time to come talk to me her own managers were telling me things that should of been done like getting a permit for the plumber which they kept hiding from that question they were supposed to start back up after they saw the bathroom and decided to change the person over seeing the project he told me on the phone they will start again Monday the 18th and they never showed up and no I did not here from the company so I don’t know what your manager’s were telling you but maybe you as the owner should have reached out to me and maybe you would have see the job and get it done

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Custom Restoration and our bathroom remediation! As soon as we alerted them to our water issue, the team was out immediately, had the issue contained and helped us navigate the process with our insurance. Everything was done in a timely manner, the team showed up as promised, every time and if there was anything that was delayed (such as materials) we were made aware. Despite supply issues, our bathroom was completed in the timeline promised. The team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and did a superb job. Our new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and I would not hesitate to use Custom Restoration again or recommend them to anyone.
