Wes from Hartz was amazing. We called for a late Friday night emergency. He was here super quick, got right to work and kept us in the loop with whole process. He had to come back the next day with a part and again was super great. He made sure we knew every step he did and that if we had anymore concerns please call. We will be switching to Hartz for our HVAC maintenance from now on. Thank you Wes.

A/C started acting funny last night 7/4. Called Hartz shortly after they opened around 9. Tech was at our house by around 2. Very quick same day service especially considering the heat wave and holiday weekend. Tech had the capacitor on his truck and was able to repair on the spot. Pricing was fair and reasonable! Will definitely call again! Thank you for your prompt repair and fair pricing!

I have used Hartz 3 times now. There is no doubt they are always going to get my recommendation. Everyone was so helpful. Big Chris for service. Amy in the front office. Jerry and little Chris with the installation team. I really liked everyone. No one ever tired to sell me anything. They were always educating me and helping me learning about my system. They provided my family with some AC relief when we didn’t have any for a week. Overall Great people Great company would always recommend
