I had some repairs that needed to be made when I purchased my house via a qualified home inspector from four seasons.
One problem he suggested they fix AND I went with getting fixed was how the ENTIRE hvac system had been replaced and it caused a bit of condensation in one spot thus creating a puddle. No smart homeowner wants a PUDDLE under there house constantly. This will lead to mold, termite, breeding ground for other unwanted pest.
In my opinion the way they fixed the problem was with a zip tie to simply divert the built up water..."condensation" back DOWN to the unit itself.

So it hasn't been a year and the problem still exist. When I called them to simply come and address the condensation build up in the SAME spot that the home inspector had them "fix" during the process of buying the house I was dumbfounded when asked if I had my hvac licensing..... I was then given a high school science lesson on how condensation is formed.

Beware of contractors who automatically assume they know what's best for you and your home when they claim there's nothing wrong yet they haven't even gotten out of their chair.

Hopefully my experience with them actually addressing the problem goes well. Doubt it, it's pretty sad when someone assumes they know more than you because "they've been doing this for 25 years, and I think they would know". That's what I was told

Best mechanical and electrical service group in the Charlotte metro area. I use them exclusively for all my real estate investment properties and my personal home. They are very courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly highly ethical.

Emergency hot water heater replacement. Problem diagnosed and estimate given onsite within 90 minutes of first call. Work was promised and fully completed same day as the initial phonecall. Ultra professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Would call them again without hesitation. My highest recommendation.

On behalf of S Rasheed, the HVAC system was replaced and upgraded. Installers arrived on time, work was completed way before the estimated time, and they also cleaned up. Great service from initial conversation to installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Had issues with duct work, tried to contact the original installer, as he had been fixing the same issue for past 3 years, it was under his warranty. No response, contacted coleman through family, they came out, fixed the problem, ends up the original installer took short cuts. I was very happy, it was worth paying thd money to have it done right. Called him a few days later with electric issues, he found the problem and fixed it. I will be going to Tony if I have other projects.

If you’re looking for a one stop shop Coleman service group is your place. Their techicnians are friendly and competent in their work. Overall, they were professional and got the job done quickly.

On a cold winter day just before we were expecting snow, sleet and freezing rain, our heating package unit failed. We were without heat for a night. I first called the company that had been servicing my unit. They came out and found that the fan that started the heating process was frozen. They proceeded to call around and could not find a replacement fan and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it but that was a maybe. I inquired about a new unit and the quote was $10 to $15 thousand dollars. I started looking for another company in my area and called Coleman Service Group, LLC, Harrisburg, NC. The general manager came out within the hour to check out my problem. He also checked for a fan and found the same results, unavailable. He quoted me a new unit considerably less including installation, shipping and taxes. And to my surprise he had it delivered, removed the old unit, installed the new unit and reset the humidifier and thermostat the very same day that I called. We didn't go another night without heat. I would give this company a 10 which to me is excellent on service and staff which has a very friendly and pleasant attitude.

I've waited to write a review on our experience for a few reasons. The main one being the service, follow-up, didn't match-up to what was being sold/told right out of the gate. There's a disconnect between the Coleman office and the field team that keeps the customer caught in the middle. Working with a home warranty company is not easy on either side. But, home warranty companies have specifics that they need in a timely manner. We got past that. We're now about to address the legal ramifications of; Total cost of installing 2 hvac units on a 3,000 sq. ft. home $21, 000.00. ? Of course we're going to go line by line once we finally received the worksheet breakdown on a number that size. How much does labor cost? $125/hr. Our breakdown says $500/hr X 16 hours. $8000 for labor on a $21000 job? We were told it's $125/hr per person. Okay, there were 2 people on 2 days. That's $250/hr X 8 hours X 2 days? That's $4000 total for labor. Did we miss someone? Did you come by and we weren't home? Since we're new to the Charlotte area, any attorney recommendation greatly appreciated. Preferably one with an in-house forensic accountant. We're gonna need to see the books. This happened on the coldest weekend on record in 40 years, we can't be the only "lucky" ones that Coleman "helped out" that weekend?

Coleman Service Group is a very professional company in all areas, heating, a.c. and plumbing. They have ALWAYS been prompt when called for any time of need. Mr. Coleman makes sure everything is clean when the his work is complete. He has helped me all the heating, a.c. and plumbing in my home. He is very knowledgeable . Mr. Coleman will work with his clients making appointments, he understands we would as well.

Coleman Service Group techs were all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Had some light fixtures replaced, electrical wiring, toilets installed, and HVAC wiring done. Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to everyone needing any electrical or HVAC work done.

Service and response time was excellent! Genesis and the gentleman (tech) who came out to check out our AC were both super nice and accommodating. He fixed us right up that evening so we didn’t have to go any longer without AC. Genesis was so nice and was able to get someone out the same evening. Coleman is our go to HVAC company going forward. We love that they’re a small family owned business too.

Air Conditioning Unit went out, sent message to Coleman Services @ 1:am and to my surprise they were at my house by 9 am that same day. next day I had working Air!!! Tony and his company were very professional and timely. Prices were honest and fair. Would highly recommend them again!!!
