I recently got 22 landscaping lights installed with Doug and my experience was very positive and and the whole project was executed smoothly and professionally. The quality of lights (heavy brass ones) is very solid and the installer (Marcos) has done an amazing job....meticulously wiring and installing transformer. The prices are reasonable and quality is superb. I would highly recommend this firm for any landscaping projects in greater Charlotte, NC.

After reading all the reviews here and on their website, I feel like my experience was with an entirely different company. While the finished product has been an improvement to our property both in appearance and security purposes, the customer service aspect was severely lacking in my opinion. I received the incorrect quote prior to the start of the job; but I decided to move forward and trust the process. My slated installation date was moved but I was never contacted to schedule a new date. A 1 day (2 day possible) expectation was set but it took 3 partial days and waiting over the weekend to finish. While he did a good job overall with the installation itself, I had a difficult time communicating with Marcus; the answers to some of my questions were nods and shrugs. Once the installation was complete, I handed my ($4k+) check over which was promptly cashed with a generic email receipt confirming payment. There’s been no follow up since; It’s as if they didn’t need our business or appreciate it.

We have been enjoying our gorgeous outdoor lighting for over 3 months now, and it is definitely one of the best and most enjoyable enhancements that we have made to our home on Lake Norman! The Owner of Landscape Lighting is as artistic as he and his extremely talented technician Marcus are technical experts! We are not quick to trust, but you can and should trust Douglas Meinhard and his tech. They are very talented, and their superior work with quality lights is truly transformative. And here's a hint: if you are debating whether to do more or less lighting, do more! We are so glad that we did! We are truly grateful for such an enjoyable and cost effective outcome, including the notable security factor as well. Thank you both so much, Doug and Marcus!

I was very pleased with the entire experience on our outdoor lighting. The initial estimate was accurate and precise in exactly what work was going to be performed. The installation of the lighting was done professionally. In addition, the clean up was done well so you wouldn't even know that lighting had been installed. I would call Landscape Lighting Resources again if we need any additional lighting and I would recommend them to anyone interested in outdoor lighting.

What a difference landscape lighting made for our home! Landscape Lighting Resources did a terrific job and was even able to cross our large driveway to light the trees on the other side. I highly recommend their services.
