Called them during the winter. Discussed our needs. They cancelled/rescheduled three times to come out and look at our project. When they did finally show, they stated they were busy but could get to us by the end of May. Never heard from them again despite several texts and phone calls. Only good news is they never took our money. However, our time is worth money and after wasting months waiting for them we are back to square one.
