Customer service at its best!! James and crew were here on time and finished our total roof replacement in 9 hours. Texted throughout the day to keep us updated on the progress. He even brought us a little snack basket since we had to stay inside all day. There were no surprise costs - we paid what they estimated. Highly recommend this company if you need roof work or replacement!! A job well done!!

From the beginning James was professional and informative. Walked us through all of our options. He and his installation crew were both exceptional in both quality and professionalism, which is next to impossible to get with such a big project. They removed the old roofing, installed the new roofing, put an attic power vent all in one day. Thanks to them, a gas leak in our attic was found, which delayed the project by 2 hours, while the gas company came out and fixed.They protected our grounds, cleaned up everything. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company and would very highly recommend them to everyone. Roof Life of the Carolinas, thank you!

Kept me informed with drone pics throughout the day. Did an absolutely amazing job at cleanup. Can’t tell that there was a total roof replacement today.
If you need a roof, a phone call isn’t going to hurt anything. And I bet you will end up hiring them.

Very knowledgeable and super courteous. Informative every step of the way, and even sent us aerial shots of each step. They did an excellent job on our home, and cleaned up really well! All for an excellent product and excellent price. 100% would recommend!

We used Roof Life earlier this year for a roof leak. Spoke with James on the phone, and he came out a couple days later to find where leak was in our attic. A week later, our leak was fixed. No issues since then and his crew even found & fixed another problem area on our roof. I recommend Roof Life to anyone. James is straight to the point, and right on the money when it comes to problem solving.

He came out on a Sunday to do the initial inspection of our roof issues to accommodate our schedule needs and when there were delays due to weather issues he kept us updated. The material he needed to use had temp requirements and he was upfront and responsible to make sure the repair/installation was done correctly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! ROOFLIFE did an excellent job on my roof. They were professional and on time. Kept their word and provided screenshots as they worked which was reassuring and proof of their integrity. Their cleanup was well done at the end of the job. I highly recommend them.

From the start of the process to the end, James and his crew were on time & on point! They completed our new roof on the house, porch, garage, 16x16 storage building and a small well house in a day. James kept us informed with pics from his drone at all stages of the job! They were careful to tarp for easier cleanup and protecting our plants and shrubs. They put our deck furniture back as it was before. Very nice and professional. We are SO pleased with our decision to hire them. They do go the extra mile to make sure you are informed and satisfied! After living in our home for 25 years, our roof needed replacing and I called 3 different companies. Met all 3 with their presentations and quotes.
Out of the 3, James Terry’s Roof Life was head above the others, on time, presentation, professionalism and service. What he said they would do, they did!
It rained the day they were to start, which he had called the day before letting me know they wouldn’t be there (just as he said would happen in his presentation) but would be there the next day.
They arrived the next day, as promised and what I thought would be a 2 day job, was completed in one.
My roof looks fantastic, I and my wife are very pleased with James Terry’s professionalism and work. I highly recommend him and his company if you have any roof needs. Thanks again, Mr. James Terry and ROOF LIFE!

Amazing experience from start to finish. One day install. Efficient, hard working crew had the old roof off and the new one on by 4p with all cleanup completed. Periodic photos of the work via drone allowed us to follow the progress. Really can’t find one thing that was less than 100% exactly as we had been promised. I would recommend Roof Life to anyone in Cabarrus County that needed this work done.

Over the top customer service with an amazing presentation made it easy to select Roof Life for our roof replacement project. Photos were sent to us to show replacement progression throughout the day. From start to finish can't say enough how our expectations were over exceeded by Roof Life in giving us a beautiful, completely sound, new roof. They even gave a tin pail full of good things of our family to enjoy. Roof Life expresses traditional customer service and appreciation that most companies lack today.

James and his crew have installing a new roof down to a science. We were kept updated throughout the process. The crew was efficient and did a great clean up. We love the end result. Price was reasonable and there are many choices of colored shingles to choose from. James provided excellent customer service and even delivered a gift basket to show his appreciation for working with him. I would recommend James and his crew to anyone looking to get a new roof.

Our experience with Roof Life was exceptional. The first time we met James Terry (owner) he answered all our questions we needed to hear. He was not overbearing in his presentation, but very informative. His crew were nice and hard working. They respected our property, by covering the grounds with tarps and James was on site most of the day. Finally, the new roof looks great and the yard is cleaner than when they started.
