Paid David a deposit in October for a new construction job. Took the deposit and did about a half day of work in November. Nothing since and will not take a call or call me back. Just an email every few weeks saying he is sending someone. I finally had to hire another company and contact the license board. Will delete this if he makes it right and refunds my deposit.

But no, Comfort Zone came and fixed my heating system that same night! The tech, who was also the owner, was very professional, extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Not the same Comfort Zone. I have used Comfort Zone for years and they have always been awesome. However, the company is under new ownership and they are the worst. I have called them four times since fall of last year to get my three units (which they replaced) serviced and they have not been out yet claiming they only have one service tech.
