The technician, John, who visited our home to repair our broken LG refrigerator, was professional, punctual, and friendly with my kids. Kim, who booked the appointment when I called, was very friendly and helpful. Fortunately, the repair was covered under our LG warranty, but if we would have had to pay, I wouldn't have a problem paying for this level of quality service and professionalism.

My LG fridge stopped cooling and I found John Michael & Associates on the LG website. The person that answered my call was fantastic, so helpful in ensuring that a repair could be scheduled quickly and that LG warranty would apply. John came to our house the same day!! He fixed the fridge quickly. It was an amazing experience!!

I sure wish I could give more stars! We had our range worked on by this company and I’ve never had better service and professional service at a fair and reasonable price! Our tech Johnny was on time and very, very professional! I highly recommend this company for all your appliance repairs.

The owner of the company, John Michael himself, came out and did the repair. Can't do much better than that! Knows what he's doing, very professional , also very personable.It's always a bonus to find a tech and support staff (Kim) that have integrity. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat for appliance repair, already let our friends with LG refrigerators know about JM&A!

I have never had such an easy experience with an appliance repair. Paige was the best and had so much information about the recall on my LG refrigerator which I didn't have any idea about. I am not for sure if it was the owner that came to fix our appliance or not but he was fantastic!!! I even received a follow up call the next day from John to make sure it was working correctly still. I highly recommended this company for an appliance repair.

Excellent service- Tom took the time to explain the issues with our refrigerator and the steps needed to correct. Very friendly and professional- knows his stuff!

They were polite, professional, prompt, and fixed my refrigerator in about 2 hours. It was a major repair, but it kept me from having to shop for a new one that would actually fit into my tight kitchen and kept a refrigerator from going to the landfill. So pleased and grateful!

I was having issues with my LG refrigerator. After jumping through several hoops, I was finally directed to John Michael and Associates. I cannot stress enough how lucky I was. When I called, the person on the other en of the phone was extremely polite. They were able to schedule a very convenient appointment. Even better, John Michael called me a day early to see if he could come by then. He was very polite and professional and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I will unquestionably next calling John Michael and Associates for all my appliance repair needs!

Honest! Honest! Honest! They are so honest. They dispatched a technician to examine my gas range that was under warranty.

When I spoke with their dispatcher, they indicated that there would be a $99 service charge if the diagnostic determined that the issue wasn’t a manufacturer’s defect.

They came on time, and the technician (Jon or John) they sent was extremely personable, polite, and thorough.

Needless to say, the issue had more to deal with the manufacturer in a gray area that may not be covered by the warranty or by the seller.

Rather than charge me the $99, they realized that the issue occurred through no fault of mine. So they refunded the charge.

You just don’t find companies that are honest like this anymore.

This is more of what you used to find 50+ years ago when people were men and women of their word. Real old school - do the job right and do it honestly.

I would recommend them to anybody because of what they did today.

I contacted this company to diagnose why warm water was not flowing into our washer. John responded quickly and visited our home within 24 hours of my call. He checked all connections, and verified the temperature of all water coming into the washer. He was extremely thorough detailing how the water was coming into the washer and what the temperature of the water was during each cycle. Problem solved! He was very courteous, and on time for the appointment. I would highly recommend using this company for appliance repair.

I had a lot of trouble with my Samsung and LG refrigerators, but this company was amazing. Kim was very helpful and arranged the appointment quickly. She also contacted LG and got the parts covered by the warranty. I was worried because my fridge broke down right before Christmas and LG was not helpful at all. Kim took care of everything, followed up with me and got my fridge working again for free. This company is awesome. It’s hard to find such service and people these days. John did a great job fixing my fridge and taught me some things I didn’t know.

Great tech, Tom was on time and got the job done fast. Very respectful and helpful. Fixed the fridge and was gone in around 30 minutes. Great experience with this company.

Very professional, informative, and pleasant. I've had several companies come out in regards to my fridge and they either messed it up or didn't follow through with the steps to ensure my fridge would last after repairs. John and his associate went above and beyond to make sure my fridge would last for years to come. I couldn't be happier with the service we were given. We will def be using him for the future if needed. You won't regret using this company

So professional on time John explains everything he is doing and clean. I will never call anyone else. I now have ice cream in a carton instead of milkshake in a carton 😁
