My LG washer would not drain. I called John, Michael and associates and gave them my model Number and informed them of my situation.
We made an appointment and the technician came over the next day. He diagnosed the problem and had the replacement pump with him and repaired the washer in a little over an hour.
The price for repair was reasonable and I highly recommend using John Michael and associates.

Tom and Anthony were great! First tech Anthony took his time and figured out the problem very quickly and made it easy for when the next tech visit came. Tom came and got my ice maker back up and running. Two Great guys with great conversations !

Had an excellent experience with this company. John is an excellent technician with great diagnostic skills and craftsmanship. Even though we had a horrible response from the warranty company who didn't want to take responsibility, John did all he could to help make thorough notes, helpful recommendations, and come up with possible solutions to resolve the situation. He is not only knowledgable of many different manufactures and model of appliances, but he works very efficiently and effectively tries to repair the equipment being sensitive to costs, but also wanting to make sure the solution will deal with the situation longterm and be expertly done. We highly recommend this company and even though we don't want to have to call a repair person anytime soon, when the need unfortunately arises, we do plan on using them again.
