Great people to work with, they have done large and small projects for our location

We always call on Dobbins for any and all electrical work, both at home and at the art gallery.

The people were polite from estimate through work. They showed up on time. They were here all day for two projects. Second project - ceiling fan and switch install estimate was 2 hours. It took four hours, they punched a hole through the wall to the opposite room and we had to correct the height of the bracket between the joists of the ceiling fan box the next day. Our labor to correct these issues is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. No adjustment to our bill for their errors. We’ll try someone else for our upcoming project.

Update after business response: why would I trust the people who damaged our house and goofed up our installation to have another crack at it?

These people are so unprofessional
1. Woman doesn't know there prices and hands the phone to a electrician i think to give me a price per hr.
2. Doesn't even say there business name when I called.
3. Straight up told me to call around for price's he said " I don't care if you use our services".
4. Asked first off if they do residential work "yes" as soon as I said I lived in a mobile home puts me on hold to ask the same guy about doing it and comes back on the phone and says they can't do mobile homes it's there policy.
Yall most be rolling in money and not care about who you do work for.
Company is disrespectful

Be sure to do your homework and ask for very specific pricing/ hourly rates before you choose Dobbins for your electrical needs. Also take note of exactly how long they are at your home and prepare for an invoice that includes travel time because apparently they also charge you for however long it takes their technician to get to your house from their last job. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually adjusted my bill but I would definitely not recommend using Dobbins Electrical.
