I've had two experiences with Triad Precision Landing and have been satisfied with both encounters. In addition to the excellent professional work, I like the fact that you can have a straight meaningful conversation regarding the service that you require. This is probably one of the reasons why they are in such high demand.

I don't normally write reviews but the way I was treated for trying to give them business kind of struck me. I was looking to get a quote on a sizable landscaping and lawn maintenance contract for a big facility and grounds. They were early for the appt. I was unavoidably 10 minutes late. They just left. When I called them to see if he was coming back, they were very rude to me. I guess they have plenty of business and money.

I had Jonathen and his team clear trees/brush, grading and seeding on the back side of my property. They were not the cheapest quote I got but they did a great Job, and they were awesome to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them

Triad Precision (Jonathan & Son) Quoted and completed my back patio with pavers in a herringbone. They did and excellent job with communication along the way. Yes, with the current times Supplier delays on paver products NOT their fault, and I was copied from front to end on order. The supplier explained when order was placed then explained. Triad Precision was so kind & friendly with all updates, the job was perfect!! I LOVE IT!! My neighbors love it!! Can't wait until next job!

Great service! Contacted them on Friday and they were in my backyard on Saturday for a quote. Our stubborn stumps were removed the next week. Very prompt and kept me updated through the whole process. I would highly recommended!

So I moved from CA to NC a few months ago and bought a house with some very very large trees, including a couple of humongous willow oaks. These two trees are so large and epic that they could have stand in for Yggdrasil in some student film. The neighbors told me that the previous owner broke up with her boyfriend over these trees, and the trees have never been pruned or trimmed. So as the new caretaker of these trees, I decided that the trees need to be pruned, but I also realized that not everyone knows what to do with such epic trees. I found Triad Precision Landscaping over Yelp and quickly got a response from Jonathan. It took a little back and forth over the phone to get a quote, but 2 weeks later, we got a quote, and the quote was reasonable considering the scale of the job. The job was scheduled about one month out.

One month later, Jonathan, his dad, and another guy showed up with a bucket truck and a couple of chain saws. 3 hours later, the trees look great! The trees are now less droopy, but they still shade most of the house. They also made sure to clean up a mountain of debris. They left my driveway and front walk way cleaner than when they started.

SECOND REVIEW: I wanted to offer a second review of Triad Precision Landscaping (first one is below). They worked with us at our new home in Stokesdale to solve a pretty massive drainage problem back in late 2022, and their solutions worked great! In light of that we asked them to come back in Spring of 2023 to clear some wooded area in the rear of our home. They did a fantastic job, with a lot of attention to detail (e.g., removing all of the small tree stumps, not just the large ones, spreading seed once done). It really does add to the looks of our lot! As with the first time we enlisted these guys, they were on time, quoted a fair price, ensured they finished the job according to specs, and all-around good guys. My wife and I thank them for their hard work and reliability and look forward to bringing them back again in 2023 (we already have some things in mind to continue to beautify the property!). FIRST REVIEW: I want to give the folks at Triad Precision Landscaping kudos in every sense of the word for my experience with them thus far. They are a family-owned business and I have dealt with Jonathan and his son Ryan, who as I understand it own the business (I could be wrong about that of course but they have been the "face" of the business vis-a-vis me so far). They have been extraordinarily responsive since Day 1 (I first contacted them for a BAD drainage problem in 2022) - super-quick to respond to calls, texts or emails. They have always shown up to the job or for a walk-through when they say they will, and once they begin the job they have stuck with it until they are done, working into the night and on weekends if necessary and if it aligns with my schedule. I have never felt like they were gouging me with their quoted prices either, which is a refreshing change from some of the previous experiences I have had over the years with some contractors. They have also followed-up now multiple times to check and ensure that their work (again, in my case, a tough, tough drainage problem) solved the issues. I also have never felt like they are quoting work that is out of their scope of expertise, which is another refreshing change from some prior experiences. And, the work they did to address the drainage issues certainly seems to be a winner! I contacted them and they were out at our property yesterday to chat about some tree and brush clearing that my wife and I would like to have done on our property, which should speak for itself when it comes to my impressions of their work! Finally, I want to close by saying that my impressions of Jonathan and Ryan, beyond just the confidence in their expertise, and their responsiveness and punctuality, are that they are genuinely good, honest people, pleasant and professional to deal with. Couldn’t be more happy with Triad Landscaping Services!! Not only did the two large projects they did come out amazing ( excavating/grading and a large stone walkway) but their customer service and response made the process less stressful as we live out of town. They video taped and took pictures as the projects moved forward to make sure we were happy and getting exactly what we hoped for. We have since recommended Triad to several neighbors of ours who have also began to work with them. They are very responsive, detail oriented, and take their time to make sure all our wants and needs were met. Had them do a specific job at my new (to me) house. They scheduled it and kept me informed as weather affected the schedule, showed up and did the work quickly and well, cleaning up after themselves perfectly, and advising me on care of the newly seeded areas in the hot weather.
