Very pleased with the service provided by ultraguard. We purchased a beautiful white sofa from RH and the ultraguard scotch guard protection has saved us from multiple baby and dog messes! Highly recommend.

I had my sofa and ottoman treated with ultra guard. They were very professional and friendly. The treatment dis not xhange the color of my white couch and there is no lingering odor ledt on my furniture. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to protect their furniture.

good service. marcus was very professional and polite . they did increase the price after seeing the furniture, i am not sure the reason was justified .. anyway sofa looks clean so i am fine.
update: i was not very satisfied with the cleaning so they sent the same person back and he cleaned the arms of sofa again .. happily . thanks for that . upgrading to 5 stars 😊

Nick was very professional in his approach. He explained all the details of cleaning the carpets. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and my two dogs absolutely enjoyed his company as well.

The tech Evan was good; polite and fast. My issue is that the technique used to clean the carpet is quite unimpressive. I had a deep clean and yet I can still dirty areas and the odor is still IN the carpet. I'm not very pleased.
