All Green Tree Care Removal and Landscape LLC

This is the best experience I’ve had with a tree company. First and foremost, they were on time. That is very important to me as a company. Secondly they had enough guys that were knowledgeable to get the work done thoroughly and in a timely manner. They showed up at about 815, and cut down six 80 foot pine trees. And were done by 2:15. Lastly, they cleaned up everything very thoroughly and even swept and blew off the driveway. Typically, I don’t write reviews, but I feel this tree company was worth a review, there are a lot of jack leg tree companies out there. And I feel like this company isn’t one of them. Their work truck leaks oil, so if you have a nice concrete driveway, that may be the only complaint. But my driveway is old, so it doesn't matter.

I've used All Green Tree Care 3 times now. They just finished pruning 14 very mature trees (oak, maple and pecan) for me and they did a great job. Their climbers can do amazing work without a bucket truck and their equipment enables them to get the work done with minimal yard damage. Also, they have a large, hard working crew that was able to come in and get the job done in less than a day. Highly recommended!

Just had the crew come in and clean up some Helene damage plus a couple of dead pines. As always, they do great work, get it done quickly and clean up afterwards. Can't recommend them enough! Very professional!

I called many companies after Debbie came through. This was the only company that responded and they came out at the time agreed for a quote. Since no other company responded, I decided to give my business to them. Rene came out and gave me a quote for 2 trees, removal, 3 stump grinding and the removal of the mulch. Again, since no other company returned my calls or answered I went with this company. Rene told me the work would be completed in 2 hours. I was like wow, great. Again Rene reiterated 2 hours for the work to be completed. Service was scheduled for today August 16, 2024, arriving between 8:00-8:30am. They were on time and the crew did an amazing job getting the trees removed. They cleaned up; however, stump grinding was not done. Since I was told the job would be completed in 2 hours, I gave some wiggle room and made plans at 11:00 with my granddaughter. I waited and waited and I had to call and see at what time was the work going to be completed. Was told the guy doing the stump grinding was on his way and should be at my house around 12:10. Work was not completed until close to 3:00 pm. I called to express how I was told the work would be completed in 2 hours. I was told I had never been told that. So now I am a liar. I asked for some compensation since I had to cancel things I had planned for. I was told I would not be compensated. When the stump grinding was done, the mulch was not cleaned up. The guy said he knew nothing about it. So I began telling what I was offered and what I got was not the same. He calls the owner, Edwin. Edwin said they can’t give a time frame, so then why would Rene give me one. His main concern was that the job had been completed but failed to see what was offered and the reason I gave them the business, my money. I had in mind to continue to do business, but after this bait in switch, no way. My time is valuable and my plans were pushed back and 1 event had to be cancelled. Don’t offer something to hook someone, that is not good business. Yes, I was impressed with the work but not the practice and for that I will not do business with them again.
