I wish I could give 0 stars tried to hire to complete a parking lot and clearly did not take notes and enter did the the job , absolutely 0/10 😑

This team made it so easy! Len came out and was clear about both what we wanted and recommendations he would make on stumps, leaves, overhead branches, etc. I felt very heard and not pushed into extras that weren’t needed. The team was so efficient. 10/10 I will definitely be hiring them again for the rest of our property

We had two huge trees to cut and remove from our backyard after the Debbie Storm. Trim pro was very competent with skilled workers and all the necessary equipment. They had to navigate some situations to cut trees and load debris on trucks. They did a great job with no problems. I would highly recommend their services!

They did beautiful work, quickly and efficiently, removing two large trees that were struck by lightning and had dropped huge limbs into the street in front of my home. The job was finished within 48 hours of my call to them, at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

The week before Hurricane Helene hit, I hired Trim Pro Tree & Landscaping to take down twelve trees in my yard. Four of these twelve were extremely large. One was within fifteen to twenty yards from our home and needed very special care to prevent any harm to our property. Two of the others were right next to our detached carport and needed extra care to avoid any damage to it. Len and his crew worked diligently sometimes even through rain to complete the job. They were courteous and respectful the entire time and finished the job exactly as Len said they would. I requested that they leave some logs for me to use as firewood and they did, making four different piles for me with logs about 10-12 feet long. Their cleanup was very good as well. You would almost not even know that they had been here, except for the twelve stumps left behind (which I did not pay to have removed!). Finally, when I first made contact with Len to come by and give me a quote for the work, it's important for me to note that he arrived at our agreed upon time, spent plenty of time going over what I wanted to do, took pictures of each tree I wanted removed, gave me background on his company and finally, gave me a very fair and competitive quote. By the end of the evening, he had supplied me with a written estimate and a Certificate of Liability Insurance. It was a no brainer for me. I made my choice right then, and now that the work is done, I know that I made the absolute right decision. Thank you, Len and Sam, for doing a great job.

I had nothing but exceptional service from Trim Pro Tree Service & Landscaping and would very highly recommend their services to anyone. Trim Pro Tree Service & Landscaping is definitely worthy of a 5 star rating.
My initial contact was with Len who scheduled a time for Sam to come out and evaluate the tree I needed taken down. Sam showed up on time and was very thorough with her presentation as to how the tree would be removed and the type of equipment that would be used to remove the tree. She took photos of the tree that was being removed and also told me that the job would be insured with a 2 million dollar insurance certificate. A copy of the certificate of liability insurance along with the photos of the tree being removed and a list of 28 references were all included with the quote. Thank you Len, Sam, and all the woodcutters for your excellent work. I was extremely impressed and satisfied by the whole process. I will definitely be using Trim Pro Tree & Landscaping for any future needs.

Lens and Sam are great to deal with. They came out for an estimate right away. They provide proof of insurance. They were flexible when I needed to change dates because I had to travel unexpectedly. Fair pricing.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I shopped around and their years of experience and the reviews I read were miles above the rest. Their response to my request was exceptionally prompt, customer service was outstanding, the work crew was friendly, professional, and completed everything we needed in the most efficient manner I've ever seen. Their price was more than fair, especially considering that some of the trees were in small areas where I was convinced removing such large trees could not possibly be removed without some accompanying damage. Not only did they manage it without any damage whatsoever, their clean-up after the job was done left everything looking 1000 times better than I ever thought possible. My neighbor was so impressed she took a picture of their truck so she'd have their info when she needs tree service! I'd give them 10 stars if possible. Give them a call if you need any service they offer...I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

Nothing but great. We had some issues because there was rain for days when we first scheduled, but as soon as the sky cleared up they were out here and knocked it out with perfection.
