I had a dishwasher malfunction at 5am recently - water all over the kitchen floor running down into the crawlspace. I immediately Servpro High Point. I was connected to a representative and explained my dilemma. In very short order two service technicians were at my home. They surveyed the situation and quickly recommended a plan of action. Explaining in detail the why and what they thought needed to be done to optimize their results. They documented the scene with photos and a written description for insurance purposes. They set up several large fans and a dehumidifier in the kitchen. They went into the crawl space, removed the damaged insulation, and deployed fans in there as well. Over the next few days, the techs returned to check on the progress - repositioning equipment, as necessary. Once the job was complete the techs removed all their equipment.
I highly recommend Servpro High Point - this was my first (and hopefully last) experience. From my first contact through the entire process everyone was polite, professional and high skilled at responding to a very stressful situation.

Exceptional staff and service team. Work extremely well with the insurance adjuster to help make your life more acceptable in the light of the disaster. Immediately started removing items affected by the disaster and installing equipment to remove the moisture. Construction manager is a great listener and knowledgeable of all areas needed to place my home back in order. Give them a call if or when your disaster comes calling.

I am very pleased with Servpro of High Point. My contractor, Troy Lescalleet and Shane, plus their whole team was there right at the beginning to help keep more damage. They worked very hard day after day to get the clean up done. Then Troy helped me pick the best options to put back in my house. I would suggest to use them if you have any issues.
