I have used Hill's both at home and work for several years and never had a single problem. I was getting ready to call them and Googled for their number, which lead me here. my apartments gave me a free carpet cleaning for renewing my lease. They sent Hill's Carpet Cleaning (which is who has done it in the past) I was surprised to see a face I recognized as David Gentry from when I lived in Burlington. Who I didn't even know was out of jail. He did time for indecent liberties with a minor, kidnapping a minor and sexual battery on a minor. I would think that hills would be careful who they send to do these jobs as I have children and my apartment is right near the city park and community park. I am not sure if my management company knows but I will be telling them. Going into people homes with kids doesn't seem like the best job for David I am all for 2nd chances however this was a little much and hit a little 2 close to home
