I had my service visit this morning. The technician called to notify me of his eta and he arrived within that time frame. Brian is the technicican's name and he was calm, honest, and informative. Brian went right to diagnosing the dryer and in about 10 minutes he had the answer for me! In Brian's delivery of his findings he was not forceful or matter of fact in a negative light. He was direct but honest. I appreciate that. All went well. I will be referring to One Source in the future for appliances that I can't fix! Thank you Brian!

Our LG refrigerator/freezer sounded like a 747 coming in for a landing. Aaron arrived precisely on time, proceeded quickly and efficiently. He had been able to diagnose the issue over the phone, showing a good knowledge of our refrigerator. This allowed him to order the part ahead of time so that at his visit he had the part necessary to fix the appliance. He was also quite personable. We'll call One Source Appliance Repair the next time we need a repairman.

First, this firm went outside the area to Durham to service my LG washer. The office staff was very helpful and when I was able to provide additional information from LG they were pleased to incorporate the warrantee info into the service request.

Day of appointment, the tech called and reviewed the issues with me and gave me an ETA within 15 minutes. Upon arrival service tech was professional and curious and went straight to work after greeting my dogs. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and explained the work and anticipated cost. We agreed to the path forward. He made the repairs explaining what was happening all along, I’m an engineer so this was very much appreciated.

15 minutes later we were testing the repair and putting the machines back in place. This is complete opposite from the first company recommended by LG, who could not even diagnose the problem. I would recommend One Source Appliance Repair for any future repair.

One Source Appliance Repair was great to work with! Our refrigerator was leaking water. One source made it easy to schedule a technician to come out and address it. The technician, Donald, was right on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed the problem, explaining everything and making helpful suggestions. We’ll definitely use One Source again if we ever need appliance repair work done!

Aaron did an extremely thorough job checking out and repairing our Whirlpool dishwasher. He did a thorough check to troubleshoot the problem and then was sure to check the dishwasher after the repair to make sure it was working properly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend One Source to anyone needing appliance repair!!

Both Brian and Aaron worked on the broiler on my gas range. They correctly diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered and repaired in a couple of days.
Most importantly after replacing the part when there was an issue with reliable lighting of the broiler, they came back out free of charge and resolved the issue. Good customer service. I was pleased.

We got in touch with One Source Appliance Repair through our home warranty in order to fix our dishwasher that stopped working. We put in our work request on a Thursday night and before 9 am on Friday morning we already had a call from them to schedule an appointment for the same day. They initially gave us a time window and then called beforehand to let us know exactly when they would be arriving. Donald came to fix our dishwasher and was very kind and courteous. He fixed the problem in no time and then explained to us (in a way that we understood) what was wrong. Our dishwasher is working wonderfully and we are very happy with their service.

Great service and very friendly and in my case was able to repair on the same day. Donald was very friendly and professional and was able to fix my older Maytag refrigerator - he also helped steam clean out from behind the refrigerator- YUCK! Haha! He was knowledgeable and I appreciated him explaining what the issue was with my refrigerator and that is was a common problem. Awesome!

Aaron was able to come out the same day, called in morning and he came in early afternoon (on time too). He was very knowable about our Samsung dryer, troubleshot the problem and had the parts to fix it with him. We was also very interested to talk to explaining how the new dryers worked.
Overall completely satisfied with the service!

Called One Source for an OE Error on our LG Dishwasher. They were responsive and came out within a few days. Tech came buy and stayed about 20-30 minutes and determined it was our drain hose clogged. Our drain hose goes to a pipe in our crawl space because of house design I guess. He said I would need a plumber. So One Source charged me $101 so I can call a plumber. So found a great plumber out 2 days later ($225) and he went under the house and cleaned out our hose and cleaned out hose behind our dishwasher, remounted my Dishwasher correctly also. He stayed while we ran a partial cycle and the LG still had the drain error and would not drain the water. Plumber also had some experience in past with Dishwasher and he said it sounded like my drain pump was not right. So I took off the front plate and ran a drain cycle and heard the bad sound from the drain pump. Obviously the Drain pump was bad so I ordered a part($30) and I changed it myself 3 days later and all is working now perfectly. So $356 later I repaired my own LG Dishwasher that did not have a hose clog but initial issue was a Drain pump. Very disappointed with the service call from One Source. Not sure I can recommend them unfortunately.

One Source will now be our family's ONLY source for appliance repair services!! When our microwave began to make some uncharacteristic noises, we called the manufacturer to initiate our warranty coverage. The first technician (from another company) arrived after the scheduled appointment window, walked across our hardwood floors in his grimy boots...and upon installing a new motor caused an electrical "pop" of a power surge that, unbeknownst to us until after he had left, burned out the "new" motor. When I called the manufacturer to request another repair visit, they scheduled One Source. Their technician, Brian, called me within 30 minutes prior to his arrival time -- he showed up 5 minutes early !! -- listened to my detailed recount of everything I had experienced (with the other company's tech), studiously assessed and diagnosed the situation -- the incorrect motor had been installed. He was able to quickly order the correct replacement motor and mother board for our microwave. He further took the time to explain every step he would take to make the repair and scheduled to return in two days. After two days, Brian arrived and completed the job thoroughly. He and the owner (Arron) take special care to ensure their repairs are not only done correctly, but done with a personable and professional manner that is VERY refreshing and reassuring. They are now our go-to One Source for any of our appliance repair needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)))

Aaron did a great job. Not only discovered what I knew to be the problem but found another one, saving me a lot of time, money and a huge mess. I highly recommend One Source appliance. He even called before hand and arrived in the time slot he said he would. That alone makes him worth recommending. When needed, I will call again.

Brent came out to look at our dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly. Within 10 minutes he had it diagnosed. He was extremely professional and easily explained what was happening. I’d highly recommend One Source Appliance Repair and more specifically Brent for any of your appliance issues.

Our dishwasher stopped working and we called One Source to repair it. When the technician arrived he let us know that is would be $323 to repair it however the part would take 2 to 3 weeks to get in. I didn't want to wait that long so we are buying a new dishwasher. I was upset however that I would be charged $89 for the home visit. The technician understood that it was unreasonable to charge for a service call when the part would take so long to get in so he waived the fee. Thank you so much. Very kind thing to do around the holidays.

Excellent service. We had a difficult problem with our refrigerator and Aaron worked to get it fixed so we would not have to buy a new door. Very professional, friendly care that I highly recommend. They repaired my dishwasher. They were willing to work around my work schedule and reschedule when I needed to. The repairman did a good job and repaired my dishwasher quickly. They were also friendly people. I can't speak to the price since my landlord paid for it. But from my end they did a great job.

Service to fix a refrigerator problem was excellent. Aaron quickly identified the problem and carefully explained the range of options for fixing it. Aaron repaired our refrigerator from Best Buy in a jiffy! He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and super thorough! We had an obscure issue, but he was very detail-oriented, and didn't pause until he determined the problem and fixed it completely! He even checked and re-checked multiple times to be sure the leak didn't return. Very satisfied!
