Had an appointment for yesterday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I had the wrong day in mind. When I texted the number that had contacted me, I was met with confusion as to who was contacting them. Then I was told that they mowed my lawn, yet noone tried to collect their payment. Then I was told that the address was not correct, in realitythe address they gave me doesn't even exist. All the while I was treated as if I was in the wrong. Do not trust this company.

Thomas had one person on his team who did a beautiful job on the lawn. He ended up quitting and the yard was serviced 2 more times by Thomas himself. The first time was not bad and then came out the true color. He kept saying that he had to get the yard "under control." I had put in new Fesuce sod, thousands of dollars of grass. It is a cool season grass, so it was growing dark green, full and lush. I wanted bi-weekly service for budget and sensitivity to a commercial mower riding over it. Thomas disagreed with that, saying the yard was wet and out of control. I then agreed for weekly mowing. Unfortunately, he came and mowed the grass to 1 inch of life and in some spots killed it (dirt is showing). He texted me saying he mowed it 3x on the same service and it was now "under control." I came home from work and cried. I am pursuing legal reparations for what was willful propety damage. I am certain Thomas will respond to this and try to discredit what I am saying and refuse accountability. It ultimately will be your risk, however I assure you that I would not bother with this warning if it was not valid. I actually trusted him. His truest nature does not show until it is too late. If his previous employee could do my yard, I would hire him in a second. I wish I knew who it was. I hope this helps prevent further customers being blamed, shamed, and ultimately dealing with irreparable damage. Happy to offer before and after photos if it helps in your decision making.

When we moved to Holly Springs, I knew very little about the area and we were in need of a lawn specialist. The backyard was overgrown and in need of care. After researching numerous options, we decided to go with Thomas Babb. His team came to the rescue and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with the work they did!

Thomas Babb Lawn Care has done an excellent job of taking care of our yard over the past year. He is professional and courteous. He not only mows but also edges, trims, kills weeds and installs mulch. All for a reasonable price!

Wonderful experience with Southwest Greens. They created a putting green for our property. The end result was top notch and they are communicative regarding the progress through out the install. I highly recommend this group.

I was so impressed with Robert and his team! This is an incredibly professional and courteous team! They showed up when they said they would, did everything they said they would and did a beautiful job! My 2 dogs love the new grass! I can’t thank Robert enough for doing such a wonderful job!

We really love our turf that was installed in the backyard! Robert was so professional and responsive during the whole process. He came out a couple of times during the planning stage so we could talk it over and then we knew exactly what was expected. Terrific customer service!! We ended up getting less turf than originally planned, but that wasn't a problem-they adjusted and now our backyard looks great!

Weather your a serious golfer or just play for fun this will make you better on the green! Putting is half the game, so your scores will drop. Even if you don't golf much at all, like our grandkids, they spent 4 hours having fun no golf, just playing! The install team lead by Walker was outstanding, we can recommend this company without hesitation.

We had a very positive experience with Southwest Greens. I worked with Eric for the overall design of our courtyard area, and he did a great job designing what we wanted and improved on what we received. It took awhile to get them on our project, but given weather and time of year (winter holidays), it was worth the wait. It is so nice to look out and see green all year round! And no need for a lawnmower!!

Our backyard did not get sunlight and we could not grow grass. Basically we had a mud pit when it rained and our kids could not enjoy playing back there. Southwest Greens installed artificial turf in our backyard which created a great place for our kids to play and enhanced the aesthetics of our home. We also enjoying entertaining out there!

Was a last minute add to their schedule and I really appreciate how Coda and his team were very friendly and professional. Didn't need any weed control today, however they did a great job on the mulching. I will definitely recommend GEM and will call them for my future lawn care needs. Thanks!

I highly recommend Ames Landscaping. Cody has always done an amazing job for us. We have worked with him for several years for both landscaping and hardscaping (patio & fountain) projects. His work is always excellent and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the end result.

Cody is very personable and professional. When there was a weather delay or a complication he was prompt to notify me and was always direct and straight forward in his explanations. They redid a large backyard including a stone block retaining wall, sod, multiple beds with plantings, irrigation and lighting. All of this while working around pool contractors, electricians and plumbers. It was not a small project but his team handled it with more professionalism and greater flexibility than the other contractors associated with the pool install. The pool contractor had an electrician who offered a lighting package but I opted to use Cody due entirely to his professionalism and communication. The irrigation included storm water cisterns which were required to meet the impervious surface requirements Cary has in place. After the pool was installed our percent of impervious surface would have exceeded the amount allowed by our town. Codys' team had never installed an irrigation system with cisterns before but he did the needed research, called in sub contractors when needed, and successfully built an automated irrigation system that I can switch between the cisterns and city water supply as needed. His thought and attention to detail helped us create an HGTV style backyard without all of the maintenance normally associated with it. He was able to recommend plantings that were dog safe, dog tough and low maintenance. Out of the hundreds of plants planted, we only lost one and he replaced that one for free. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Our property was a mess, and in need of a thorough makeover. Cody and his team did a great job for us - new lawn, patio, walkway, planting beds, and trees. Cody was very knowledgeable, creative, and a pleasure to work with. Everything was well planned and executed. We're extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Working with Cody made the whole process of adding our back yard patio fireplace and great experience. We chose Cody because of his creativity and ideas that were much better than other quotes. But even better, Ames landscaping made the whole installation process easy. We did run into a few difficulties during the process , but Cody was always very quick to respond and make thing right
