Roberto and his crew did a great job with our tree removal and stump grinding. The crew was amazing to watch. Great teamwork and used their time well. They took great care cleaning up at the end of the project. I highly recommend them.

I recently used Master Tree Service to remove 9 large trees and stump grining on my property. From the initial quote through clean up, they did an amazing job. The crew arrived on time and completed the job under the timeframe promised. They took great care to avoid any damage to surrounding property and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done, leaving the area looking even better than before.

These men came on time. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up the whole side yard where they removed this awful River Birch that was tearing up my driveway! I am so impressed with their professionalism, thorough and quick work! You couldn't do better than Master Tree Service!

Outstanding service! We had a tree come down after a storm, within four hours of us calling -- the tree was cleared, along with a couple trees from our front yard. From initial phone call, to evaluation, to the job and cleanup -- less than four hours at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend and we will be using again. Thanks so much!!

Master Tree Service was timely, professional, and efficient. Within a week of calling, I had the trees I've been worried about for years down. They did all the hauling and grinding of the stumps and roots for me.

We had a ton of brush to remove from two fallen trees. They were the most reasonably priced of all the businesses we contacted. They were there early and had it all removed and cleaned super fast. Would definitely recommend for this type of service.

While I do not wish to DISCREDIT the company as they did an excellent job on my tree removal, I did call them back out for my stump grinding a few weeks later after getting lines marked by NC811 and that was a HORROR STORY TO DEAL WITH THEM!!! NO COMMUNICATION/NO RETURN CALLS/TEXT... Finally I refused to give up since they did such a good job with the tree I called 1x more time and someone picked up the phone scheduled for the following wed morning 9am... called/texted to confirm that tues they were still coming NO RESPONSE!!! WED 8AM got a call we decided to take another job this morning and move you down later in the day... ok, what time? 2pm well THEY DINDT SHOW, DIDNT CALL NOTHING STILL NOTHING!!!! MY HOA has sent me a fine notice $100 per day!!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!!

I used Master Tree Service LLC today to cut down a tree in my yard today and WOW!!! What an AMAZING AWESOME JOB these gentlemen did!!! They worked FAST and I am beyond impressed with the work performed! Will have them back in coming weeks to have stump grinding, I highly recommend and price was reasonable!
