I would give Jonesy's Home Services MORE than 5 stars if Google would allow! They do great work and do it how you want it, but also know how to save you money because they know home improvement products, supplies and materials well and they can save you money like they did for me with cost savings on plumbing. They are the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with and had the best communication I've ever experienced. They are affordable and get to you as quickly as possible with good communication about when they can do the job. I highly recommend them and hope they can do more work for me in the future!

Jonesy’s Home Services are the best. Andy came when he said he would for the estimate I had a list showed him the immediate work then some that just needed to be done. Andy split it up it two work orders but price was so good we did everything. They are a wonderful team respectful, very professional, paid attention to details, the work was done in four days. You can ask questions, and they let you know what was accomplished each day. I will be calling them again for a few more things we desire to update in the house.

This company did repairs to our deck, installed a new back door and storm door and replaced the crawl space vents. Every day I walk out with a new appreciation of the repairs that were made. I would highly recommend them and have plans for future projects. Thank you for doing such a great job.

We use Jonesy’s Home Services LLC and they have become our go-to every time. They’re extremely reliable, trustworthy, and responsive, which is especially appreciated as they now do all of the maintenance jobs for a rental home we own. They’re a family owned company and they genuinely care about the quality of their work. They do the work right the first time, and they explain things clearly and provide helpful advice on general home maintenance.

This one time, during one visit they were installing quarter round behind the fridge and noticed a stain on the floor that had developed over time. Before I could address it, they had already taken the initiative to clean it up while they were back there just because they care and wanted to do it right. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail means a lot.

This was the first time using Jonesy's Home Service and I'm really impressed, what started out as six or seven items turned into a dozen. Andy, Matthew and Courtney went to work, and what I thought would take a couple of days was completed in hours. I was especially impressed with the quality of their work, they treated each job like it was their home being repaired. We hired Jonsey's Home Services to clean and repair our rain gutters. They went above and beyond when house structural issues were found. All repairs and pricing was well explained. We will definitely call them again!

They were exceptional in cleaning our HVAC system. Pricing was very reasonable, they were timely in scheduling and being on time. The workers were pleasant and courteous. Couldn’t get better.

We hired this company for an addition to our house. Found out we paid this guy and his company for it but there’s no permit so what we have at home is not permitted neither it counts to add value to the house because of it. It took forever to finish it and had to call them again several times to fix different things that they left sloppy. Do not recommend, buyer beware of this person.

I do not recommend working with this company. The company represented itself as qualified for certain specific work, and it turns out they did not have the proper skills or experience to complete the work. It cost us thousands of dollars to have the work re-done, and we are still dealing with the fallout to this day. Also, you may want to ask why there is only one year worth of reviews on a company that has been around a lot longer.
