Getting my flowerbeds ready for spring has never been easier. I was dreading trying to find the time to weed, mulch, and upkeep of them. Matt made them look absolutely stunning!!! What would have taken me two weekends was done in a day. I could not believe the the detail he put into them. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures.

Our lawn is scheduled for maintenance on a biweekly basis. The invoice is sent electronically once the service is rendered. There’s no hassle, hidden fees and the lawn looks great. Mr. Matt has an excellent work ethic and I highly recommend this company.

Augusta Lawn Care are reasonably priced, great communication and provide a wide range of services.

Mat did exceptional work for my properties at first, which is why I hired him. However, on one visit when he brought HELP, I noticed the quality of service wasn’t the same. When I pointed this out to Mat, his response was to stop servicing my properties altogether.

I believe this decision was partly influenced by my neighbor, who had a confrontation with Mat about leaves blowing onto their property. Mat told me he assured the neighbor he would address the issue but felt the complaint was unreasonable, saying something like, “Really, all these leaves? What exactly did I blow over here?”

When I followed up about some succulents Mat had disturbed previously—and again this time—I also noticed he had serviced my neighbor’s entire property at my expense. I told Mat this wasn’t fair to me and suggested using a tarp in the future.

Apparently, speaking up about service quality and fairness gets you “fired” from your lawn guy. As they say, the beat goes on.

While I truly regret that our working relationship did not meet your expectations, I want to acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised. From the beginning, I made every effort to assist and accommodate your needs. However, it became clear that we were not able to align on certain aspects, and I made the difficult decision to end our working relationship.

Throughout our relationship, I felt that our work quality remained high. It was apparent that you were never going to be happy, you enjoy conflict and making others unhappy. I assume that there is a long list of landscapers and other people who would agree. I now understand why you neighbors do not like you, yes several had bad things to say about about you.

The individual helping yesterday was my father, he was simply wanting to help during his brief visit, he is an amazing person and I cherish having him with me to be part of building my business. I always strive to maintain high standards, and I appreciate your role in helping me identify areas to improve.

Absolutely incredible service. I don’t know how they got it done so quickly! The whole process of getting a quote and having someone sent out was smooth and you pay online. I neglected my yard for several years and in a few hours it was all cleaned up. I have several pine trees and a large leaf tree in my front yard.
