R&R came to my trailer early this summer and put in a heat pump
The next day i had to call them back cause it leaked out the freon.
they came out and rechared the unit. When they put it in they said they checked the vents
and there were no leaks. I went up under and found a rather large leak so i repaired it myself.
Now that its getting cold weather I turned the heat on it seemed to work but when its switched to Emergency
mode all it does is blow cold air. so i was wandering if that was normal and called them
I was supposed to get a return call but never did. I guess Its my responsabilty to have someone else come and fix what
they were supposed to make sure was working when they installed. at least they could have returned my call
