The service guy called to tell me exactly when he would be there. He was very nice neat, told me what needed to be done and how much. Finished the job fast, put Everything back in place! Highly recommend this service company! 5 stars! Happy in Huntersville!

The technician was efficient. Provided realistic expectations as to when parts ordered and expected to be delivered. Appointments are made in a timely manner. I was properly notified of appointment dates. I was given documention of services.

My refrigerator was making a noise and I called this company. They were able to see me on the same day which I was extremely grateful because when I returned home it began to leak. The service man was professional and diagnosed the issue. He was very thorough and explained cost and issue before actually fixing. I am extremely pleased and will use this company again if we have another issue.

I highly recommend this repair service! They are knowledgeable, professional, and great at problem-solving. I had my dryer repaired and the venting cleaned leading from my dryer on the second floor down through the walls to the outside on the first floor. It was a challenging job as it was completely clogged with lint. Everything was completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price, and the dryer is working perfectly now.

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling as well as it should. 50+ fridge side and 40+ ice box side. We vacuumed lint and dog hair out of the condenser fins in the back of the unit and checked fan and pump operation. The damper door between the sides was working. The temperature was set as cold as we could adjust it. Just kept getting worse. We called for help. They came out within 24 hours of our call! Super fast. Checked everything and determined the system had a leak. Provided us a quote and options. Sometimes you have to replace old equipment and this was one of those times where the repair was better invested in a new unit. I paid the cost to get to the bottom of the problem and I was very satisfied with the investment in knowledge to make a decision. Thank you for being Quick and Reliable. This was an easy business to deal with. They scheduled the visit quickly and the technician was able to identify the problem and ordered the part. A few days later they called me to reschedule and the tech fixed the washer. They were thorough and quick, what more can you ask for?

Great service! Honest!

Prompt service. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with our washer within two hours of calling. This was huge for us as we were leaving town. Would give 4.5 stars, subtracting a 1/2 star for the technician, who lacked good communication skills. All said, very satisfied with the work. Hopefully it will hold up.
