John was the first to respond to my request on ‘ThumbTack’ on provided a fair price. John was punctual to the appointment and polite during our encounter. The roots coming from the stump were not shown in the photo I sent him, so he needed to slightly increase the price to make up for that. That is on me, not him.

Please keep in mind that stump grinding will leave behind a ton of mulch. I bagged up 21 30-gallon trash bags full of mulch. The equipment he uses is top notch…do not rent the DIY type from Lowe’s or Home Depot…it will take you multiple days costing you more than it would if you just paid Stumps 2 Go to do it.
