I have not been I. The house since 7/20/21. In sure this was sent in error but it is very hard to contact you. I have had trouble calling and emailing you. Thanks!!

A little over 2 hours ago my wife posted a 1 star review and I see there is a lackluster response. So here is my review and response to your question.

Yes, we did drop your service. However, we decided to come back to your service in which we were scheduled twice and you guys where a no-show. We were officially scheduled Monday April 22nd @9am, no-show. Not a big deal, we let it pass and we called to get scheduled again. Today 30 April @10am, and again a no-show. We are upset because we want to be in compliance with our HOA and have a professional organization take care of our yard. However, that did not happen.

Furthermore, after my wife left her review, you then call to express your frustrations about the review and not once apologize or empathize the (us) the customer. Just about the review, which is true, in which we have the text messages that confirm the appointments which you guys indeed never showed, and had the audacity to argue about the review and offer to send your guys over, it was 5pm at this point. Your excuse was that your guys were busy and were still out due taking on new clients. So what about the previous week, no message, no call, nothing.

So no, we do not need or want your services anymore. I find it disrespectful and disgusting to call me after you received a notification from google only because my wife left you a negative review. She was the one who was championing your business and giving you a pass for missing us last week. However, to miss this appointment too, there is no excuse and nonexcuse for not communicating anything. There was no miscommunication on our end, we had appointments in which you never showed for.

I'm my wife's champion, and we were let down today. I'm not going to stand by while you call and argue with me about my wife. That's weird. So take this additional 1 star and I hope you learn something from it.

Vic and his crews are fantastic. They take excellent care of my yard. They were quick to act when I needed tree service. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Beaver Outdoor Solutions.

We had two trees removed recently and they did a wonderful job! Today they followed up and checked on the progress of the new grass. They went ahead and spread more seed and put straw down. We appreciate their thoroughness. Our yard is looking good!

Addition — had them come back for some landscaping work. The guys were very professional, polite and thorough. They did exactly what we wanted and we love the way it turned out. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t even know they were here!! Very pleased.

A neighbor recommended Beaver Outdoor for some work that we needed to have done and I'm grateful that he did. Scheduling with Beaver Outdoor was easy, the response was prompt and the work was exactly as promised.

I'm sure you can find a couple of guys with a pickup truck (and no insurance) that will work for very little pay but, if you need something done promptly and properly at a fair price, Beaver Outdoor Solutions is well worth considering.

They're a real business and businesslike but also very friendly and very responsive. The work itself was excellent but the real news is the lack of questions, concerns, mistrust or drama of any sort on our part.....they simply "took care of it."

Excellent experience from initial contact through all work completed. Michelle, who answered my first call to Beaver Outdoor was very sweet and had me on their schedule for an evaluation quickly & efficiently. Vic, exceptionally knowledgeable, offered multiple solutions to several of my landscaping/lawn issues. And Vic's install team lead by Sebastian, were off-the-charts efficient, professional, accommodating and gracious. What I thought would be a weeks-long process was done in 3 days, even with additional trees. Definitely a value-added experience! Thanks guys!

I was convinced I’d use this company from the first day that Vic came out and spent time really listening to my ideas, and then providing his expert advice in what we should do. The team that came out and did the work was extremely professional and friendly, and they did an amazing job! My entire home feels new… they worked on the front, back & side yards… removed many unwanted things and replaced them with expertly selected trees/bushes to fit my areas. We extended mulch beds, and so many other little things… I love the work they did, and all the service and communication throughout the process.

I needed to clean up unwanted vegetation and some landscaping to improve our house's curb appeal. They came out promptly and gave a quote and started working when agreed on. Work looked great. Only issue is the language the crew used when close to the house, words I don't want my 7 and 9 year old to repeat. Besides that would recommend.

We hired this company to remove 2 large trees and grind the stumps. Initially we were very happy with how quickly they came out to provide an estimate, and then to schedule the work. A large crew removed the trees in about a half a day and appeared to do a professional job, although the yard did require a fair amount of cleanup after they left. The big problem was that they use a subcontractor for the stump grinding and he was apparently given instructions to do only a minimal job--which was never discussed with us. Excessive mulch interfered with the stump grinder being able to complete the job and we were told to contact the company owner for follow-up and completion of the grinding once we had removed the mulch, which we did. First there was a delayed response, and then the stump grinder was on vacation. After 2 weeks of waiting and being promised a return visit to complete the stump grinding we were asked to provide photos so the crew would be sure to have the right equipment upon return -- but once the photos were viewed the company owner decided that enough had been done, and he refused to send anyone back out to complete the stump grinding. As a result we will need to find a new contractor to complete the job and we have wasted weeks, not to mention the wasted time communicating back and forth over this issue. We cannot recommend hiring Beaver Outdoor Solutions, especially if stump grinding is part of the job requirement.

The guys at LIS are the best! Honest company with fair prices, they did a fantastic job for us!

Very surprised to speak with the receptionist at this company today in regard to a service call. Our irrigation was installed a few years ago, and they no longer want to service their own irrigation system. I would not recommend. Very disappointed in their level of customer service.
