Great service! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

I had a problem with my AC. Called and they was there in about 45 min. The service guy was great had me back up and going in less than a n hour. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Honest and reliable. Others said we needed $$$ in repairs. Absolute Comfort said we didn’t need it.

We have been using Absolute Comfort for 6-7 years. We decided to work with them because of their approach while we were seeking a 2nd opinion on the repair of our system. They were able to repair the system and it is still being serviced annually by Absolute Comfort.

My husband and I were reflecting on what a pleasure it is to speak with each technician that comes to the house. No pushy sales and honest explanations of what going on with our system. So refreshing!

Along with our maintenance service the technician detected a problem with the wiring due to a rodent’s nest. They were back the next day and took care of the repairs with no issue. All is working perfectly fine. As always, all the techs that we’ve had have been incredibly nice, professional and always try to do their best for us. The receptionists are as welcoming as can be . We love Absolute Comfort.

Eric came on time and explained in detail the steps he was doing to maintain our two systems. Most importantly he gave an honest evaluation on the condition and performance of our system and did not try to push us into replacing it even though we have an older system. He left that decision up to us and offered to have someone from Absolute come out to give us a detailed quote when we feel ready to take that step, but Eric assured me that through proper maintenance these systems have a lot of life left in them. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of Eric. You don’t see that today and it shows that Absolute is a very reputable company. I’m glad we made the switch and are now using them!

Neal was at our home today to do routine maintenance today. I am so impressed with the integrity of this company. Just met Nancy at church last week, for the first time, even though we have been using Absolute Comfort for our heating and cooling needs for more than 35 years now. Absolutely great folks. Gave us a fair estimate on replacing our 25 year old a/c and our 25 year old gas furnace. Work was done on time and the install folks were friendly and efficient. They also properly wore the outside a/c unit (which was not wired properly by the previous owners). Called them back for maintenance service and the technician was great. I rate them 10 out of 10!

We love this company. Every interaction we’ve had with them has been so pleasant. They are responsive, thorough, and do good work. We especially appreciate Steve, who helped come up with several solutions for the HVAC system in our near century old home.

I had been told I needed a new unit by another company, so had Absolute Comfort
out to quote me a new unit or let me know if i could fix this one. He said it was low on freon but he could fill it and it might last until the end of summer or for years. He also quoted a very good price on a new unit. I chose the temporary fix, but will definitely call them to replace when the time comes. They were highly recommended by several friends and I now see why!

If I could give more stars I would. We have an older home and have had multiple issues arise. Absolute has come quickly and handled our issues each time. The guys are wonderful and everyone we've ever spoken with in the office has been so attentive and friendly. We would never use anyone else and also refer them to anyone in need.

Great service today from Absolute. AC quit blowing cold air. Called the office and had the service tech at my house in 2 hours! He was thorough and professional. Found the problem and fixed it in under an hour. Cold air again before noon!

Absolute Comfort doesn’t just take care of customers for the short term, but go above and beyond to make customers return clients for the long term. We installed a new motor in our furnace in the fall of 2023. In spring of 2024 we had issues with the same motor. Absolute Comfort came and repaired the motor at no charge. A day later, Absolute Comfort called me to let me know the motor was under warranty (which I didn’t know) and wanted to go a head and replace it. I appreciate them doing the right thing. Great family owned company that deserves a shout out and this recommendation.
