He informed me that they don't work in my area which I found to be weird because I googled carpet cleaners near me so I thought maybe I called the wrong place so I checked the page again and sure enough the address is 1.8 miles away from me I called back and explained to Mark that the Web page says that they service this area the man then yelled look I told you We can't help you.
