Reviews of local pros in Kannapolis, North Carolina

booking an appointment was simple and quick. the service was great and the prices were excellent. bryson did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and upholstery after a big move, taking special care with our valuable furniture. we’ll definitely call them again for our next carpet cleaning. very professional service. recently, they cleaned the carpets in two homes for us with no pushy upselling, just fantastic work. greyson handled the first house and preston took care of the second—both were professional, kind, and very thorough. they also cleaned a few couches for us again, and the pricing stayed very reasonable. i really love this carpet cleaning company!

I don’t usually give out 5 stars, but On Target Carpet Cleaning truly earned it. Scheduling my carpet cleaning was very simple—I could call, leave a voicemail, text, or even use Google Assistant. Greyson was a bit delayed for my appointment, but called ahead to let me know and kept me updated, which I appreciated. The delay was minor, just about half an hour. Once Greyson arrived, he got straight to work. He clearly knew what he was doing and made sure to be careful around my walls and other areas, leaving everything in great shape. My over 10-year-old sculpted berber carpet looks almost brand new again. The cleaning was outstanding. The price was $160 for two bedrooms, living room, and hall, which I felt was very fair for the quality and care I received. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their carpets refreshed and spotless.

I searched online for a company in Kannapolis that could re-stretch and clean our carpets, and I’m really glad I found On Target Carpet Cleaning. Shaun and Preston arrived right on time and were friendly and professional the whole way through. They worked on our living room, hallway, and bedroom carpets, which had noticeable ripples and needed a good deep clean. The carpets look smooth, fresh, and like new now—my family and I are extremely happy with the results! We’re grateful for the great service and will definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors in the area.

I have been using On Target Carpet Cleaning for a long time and have always had a great experience. Trenton is always friendly and answers all my questions, making it simple to schedule a carpet cleaning. From getting our carpets cleaned and sanitized before bringing home a new baby to handling stains and odors from our older dog, the team has always been there to help us out. Bryson does an excellent job each time, pointing out any problem spots and explaining what needs to be done. It feels so good to walk into a home with fresh, clean carpets when the job is finished! I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone in Kannapolis.

We've had our carpets cleaned twice—once before moving into our new home in Kannapolis, and again recently to tackle pet urine and odors. We were concerned our new basement carpet was ruined after our dogs had some accidents, and thought we might need to replace it. Bryson explained the carpet cleaning process clearly and let us know what to expect. After just one visit, he managed to remove both the odors and the stains. He used extra cleaning solution, which really seemed to help. We will definitely call them again for carpet cleaning and would recommend them to anyone in Kannapolis looking for great service. Five stars!

This carpet cleaning company in Kannapolis is absolutely the best I’ve ever used. The first time, they cleaned the carpets in our shop, and I was so impressed with the results that I decided to have them clean the carpets in my house too. From setting up the appointment to the day of service, everything went really smoothly. Shaun, the technician, was very professional and clearly knew a lot about carpet care. You can really tell the difference in quality, and it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend – I give them five stars all the way!

this is my second time having my persian rugs hand washed, and i couldn't be happier with the results. the rugs came back looking soft, bright, and fresh, even after years of pet stains. preston went above and beyond to treat the tough spots and made sure everything was spotless. the price was very reasonable, especially for such careful and expert work! i also had my wall-to-wall carpets cleaned, and they did an amazing job lifting the gray walking paths back to the original beige color. trenton and bryson arrived on time, paid close attention to details, and were very respectful around my older aussie dog. they explained the cleaning process before starting and made sure i understood everything after they finished. i would highly recommend this carpet cleaning service in kannapolis. for the quality of work they provide, the price is surprisingly affordable. this is exactly how a cleaning business should be!

Very professional, great end result, and reasonably priced.

Hard working crew - beautiful design and affordable!

I am very pleased with my pavers. The crew worked hard until they finished.

Curious respectful information about everything they were doing to keep us informed. Hector wanted us to review each aspect to make sure we were happy

This team was very professional and finished ahead of time and under budget. Top notch quality of work and good
Communication.

Excellent workmanship finished in 2 days I cannot believe the transformation the paving has made to our backyard!
I am going to use Hector to pave an additional area.

I called Hector back in January for a quote to install a paver border around my back patio. After agreeing to the quote, Hector came out with all the needed materials and completed the job in one day. He was very polite, professional and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hector for the job. Thank you Hector.

The owner Hector was professional, prompt, and respectful. He was able to give me an estimate within a day. Before saying yes to the project I wanted to see the material he was going to use. He didn’t have an issue with coming back to show me the materials he was going to use. I already had 2 stamped concrete pads that needed to have stone match it. The new walkway along the house and retaining wall complimented them to tie it together. The project went smoothly. Hector and his crew completed the job without delays. Hector and his crew were able to correct my drainage problem. I’m pleased with the results.
