About the business:

In the spring of 2024 an opportunity to take over a shed manufactures sales lot was presented to me and a business partner. After examining the opportunity and the industry, we started Premium Buildings to fill a opportunity we saw in the industry. What we had found is that most dealerships and builders were not tech savvy, and even fewer offered the combination of quality buildings and experience we could provide.

Our sheds and storage buildings are manufactured by Pineview Buildings. Pineview has been in business for over 15 years and has over 100 positive reviews.

Our metal buildings are manufactured and build by Longhorn Steel. Like Pineview, Longhorn has been in business for over 10 years and has over 100 positive reviews.

In 2025 we will offer land and home packages for Tiny Homes.
