Justin and his crew did a fantastic job getting our 2 new hvac units installed. They were prompt and made sure that we were happy with their work. I highly recommend Renfrow for your heating and cooling needs.

The Electrician was great. Very kind and knowledgeable. He assed the situation and fixed the issues in a timely manner. He listened to all my concerns and explained all issues in a way I was able to understand them. I will definitely use Renfrow in the future for any Electrical issues we may have.

Super responsive and thorough! A technician was here within an hour of calling. They were knowledgeable, detail oriented, and friendly. They also offer reasonable membership plans for annual maintenance and memberships don’t pay service fees. Will definitely call them again!

My unit quit after 10 years and of course during the coldest time of year. I’ve been a Renfrow customer for almost 2 years for routine maintenance and they have been so good to me, when they told me I needed a new unit, it was a no brainer to stick with them.

They were quick to come out and check my unit and diagnose. The turn around for install was just as quick. I am very happy with the work that was done. The crew that did the install was incredibly clean and careful with everything they did. They were the nicest guys.

If you need a company with great customer service, prompt service, and a great crew. Choose these guys. You won’t be disappointed. 10/10 ⭐️

All in one heater died on me. One company broke the emergency disconnect; so, I called a different company and they refused it fix the unit. They would only replace it for $16K. Renfrow replaced the emergency disconnect and fixed the HVAC in a couple hours. Both Rob the electrician and Patrick the HVAC Tech were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am so happy this nightmare is over 😃

We have had the best experience with Renfrow heating and air! Kyle is the person we see most often, including today, and he is always helpful, professional and nice! Same day assistance for an issue that popped up out of the blue!

New system installed. Very efficient. Customer service was and is outstanding. Our service person is Patrick Pittman and he did an excellent job explaining the system use and maintenance and answered all questions. Thanks Patrick and Renfrow for a job well done.

They sent a repairman the same day I called, and the issue was fixed shortly after he got there, but he still checked to ensure that nothing else was an issue with the unit. We have always had excellent service from Renfrow.

They came out and replaced our ductwork in 2024 and did a great job. Now here a year later we called them back on a service call for a problem unrelated to the ductwork itself, ended up getting a new system put in! Justin and his crew were very professional and respectful! I highly recommend them!

I relocated from the Raleigh area to Wilson and Kyle with Renfrow serviced my units and checked the system carefully. What a kind and knowledgeable young man! He thoughtfully engaged and answered each question I had. After living in the house a month, I had a follow-up question; Kyle spoke to me by phone and then returned at my request for a slight adjustment. In each situation, I also had courteous communications with the office personnel, including easy scheduling. I’m very pleased with Renfrow and commend Kyle for his excellent customer care!

Woke up to my heating system not working. Patrick arrived within just a few hours of my initial call in for service. He did a thorough assessment and explained the problem. I truly appreciated the friendly and professional manner in which he resolved my issue!

Both men were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented in not only checking out all systems to detect any issues but also explaining the problem and how it would be corrected. I highly recommend Renfrow! My first experience was on a holiday, and my contracted server provider had not answered my calls for three days; Renfrow answered and had a man at my house in 30 minutes!

Patrick was the maintenance person who came to service our unit today. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the unit and explained each step of his the process. I especially appreciated that he was easy to talk to and he told me even if he was working, and i had a question, don't hesitate to come ask. Should we need service again, I will be asking for him specifically.

Kyle was hands-down the most professional, yet personable, service repairman to come into our Wilson home. He was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable about our HVAC -- even thoroughly explaining the problem to us.

Justin, our tech, did an amazing job. He came out the morning before Thanksgiving, and was walking into a home with crazy small dogs, house guests, and a woman wearing a pink bathrobe in throes of menopause and desperately needed A/C… or other things would be on fire than just the turkey in the oven the next day. He was prompt, quickly assessed the issue, fixed it, explained the issues prior to the repair and gave us honest and multiple quote options. He did it all with a smile. Bradley was our on call tech today. He was quick, efficient and informed us of all the great maintenance packages the companies offers for upkeep. Happy he was able to come out and get the house warm for my mother and grandmother!
