Very fast. Only thing I have an issue with is they tell me I can't get a detailed invoice on the cost of the unit versus labor. It was over $12,000 and my military guy friends are telling me that's not right at all. Any company can provide labor costs to the customer!!
Extremely disorganized. They never called my daughter to set up the follow up inspection but they call me saying they lost her number and nobody was home for the inspection yesterday!!!! Very confusing and def need lessons on business practices and communication. Beyond frustrated. -

The Electrician was great. Very kind and knowledgeable. He assed the situation and fixed the issues in a timely manner. He listened to all my concerns and explained all issues in a way I was able to understand them. I will definitely use Renfrow in the future for any Electrical issues we may have.
