Always a pleasure to have Pernell come out! They always do a great job and never lead us to believe there is services we need other than what they come to do. We have them out twice yearly for regular maintenance and they change our filters when they come and check over everything thoroughly while they are here . Definitely a happy customer

We were Referred this company by a friend in 2018 we had all new ductwork and rezoned the entire house. The crew informed us that they had broke the drain line doing the work underneath the house but they would repair it. During our Inspection for termite check the manager asked us did we realize that are drain pipe was installed upside down for our AC drain? This drain is underneath our deck but definitely visible to the eye when you look at it that it was installed completely upside down.
I contacted the company in June 2021 and informed them of this situation and also sent photographs. No repairs were done. Moving forward to this month our heat and air went out and unfortunately we tried Purnell calling and they didn’t have any available appointments so we called another company that came that night.
When the system was removed it was then determined that the unit was rusted out all around where the water could not drain properly. I have photographs to document the unit with the damage and the improper drainage.
It’s sad this was reported and nothing was done and then thousands of dollars to replace with new unit.
I will add the workers were friendly and nice, however disappointed customers.
