I'm very pleased with this company, I spoke with Mr Creech Septic about doing a Septic tank and water line for my home and he did it for me, he was very quiet and did a great job.

Wouldn’t recommend this place solely on the fact of how some of their employees drive the work vehicles. Just saw one vehicle that would deliberately slow down in the left lane and wouldn’t move over for anyone. Then speed up way past the speed limit when they’d try to pass. Not a good look.

I had them run a city water tie in to my house (270 feet). They took care of 811 call and had the line installed in budget within a couple days. I will use them again

Had several leaks fixed, some unknown to us after purchase of house. Very fast and knowledgeable, will use for any future plumbing needs.

My wife called and set up appointment & ask them to call 30 prior to arrival on the day of the appointment. They didn’t call nor showed up when they said they would. They came when they wanted to and no one was home.
I called on Thursday to set up an appointment on Monday. They said they come out. Monday comes and another no show. Now I know that Monday was Labor Day but don’t tell me that you will show up when I called on Thursday and not come when you said just because they didn’t realize that day was a holiday!!!!! -
I called Creechs because my septic needed to be draine . When I called for a quote they quoted me 325 dollars which as a single mom of 4 kids is alot, but job needed to be done so..ok...they come out (the lady and younger guy) ..they dont know where the septic is so I tried to assist them by calling family members who lived here before and providing paperwork for the house..they finally find i . They dig it up and tell me it is very dirty(well..no kidding that's why I called) ..anyway she politely tells me that because i have a household of 6 i need to clean it more etc..all of this i get..they were extremely nice and helpful..then comes another truck with 3 more guys in it..all this detail to tell you that without warning as I'm going to pay she informs me it is 650 dollars for the work. She gave no warning and literally had to hand over all the money I had to my name(again being a single mom of 4 kids)..she then proceeds to tell me she hates doing this to people as I literally stood there with my eyes filling up not knowing what I am going to do for the rest of the month..that she had to charge me that amount because she had 5 workers there(the other truck that came literally the last 30 minutes had 3 of them and may I add..they did NOTHING but move a pipe to different positions..the 2 already there already did the hard work)..and then she tells as she informs me she hates doing this that she had one guy whose house they were at that was so full they were there for 4 hours and had to charge him 750 and they didnt think they were going to be able to do it. They were at my house for 1 hour and 46 minutes and charged 650. You do the math. I gave them 2 stars because they did get the work done and were nice enough but HUGE RIP OFF ARTISTS. Will never use again! ..

Creech's did a fantastic job with septic and repairing my yard/grass where they had to dig. Very impressed! Will use again if any issues should arise.

I had a water line break between the road and my house. I called and they gave a reasonable price and timely fix. They handled all of the paperwork with the city. Everything went smoothly... the repair, paperwork, and inspections all happened the same day. I will call them back for other big jobs like this one.

Travis and his team came out to identify some issues we had going on with our septic, they were prompt, gave us direct information and allowed us to make the best decision. I would absolutely recommend them to folks in the Selma/Kenly area who need help with their Plumbing or septic.

I recently used Travis Creech Plumbing to replace a hot water heater in my house. Very professional and cost effective. I would highly recommend them!

Neil was very kind, knowledgeable, and communicative! First plumber to ask detailed questions, physically test problem areas to figure out where/what/why, and then explain the logic in his assessment. So very much appreciated!!

We received services on 1/21/20, a cold and windy day. Our septic system had not been pumped in 35 years and we were having problems. Creech's called to let us know they were going to get to us today and were here within 20 minutes. There was no time wasted. Ms. Creech shook my hand holding Tprod in the other hand to search the ends of the septic tank. Her assistants promptly brought their shovels to remove the ground over the lids. They didn't disrupt the ground any more than necessary. They quickly opened all 3 tank areas and started pumping. Ms. Creech inspected all areas and made recommendations for ongoing care of the septic system. She answered any question posed to her to our satisfaction. The whole staff was polite and respectful. We recommend them for plumbing services.

Travis Creech Plumbing and Septic has been a pleasure to work with. We had an interceptor drain installed on our property to relieve excess ground water from overwhelming our septic lines. Travis Creech and his team completed the work quickly. We recently required additional interceptor drain work to be done and they quickly rose to the occasion. His entire team is great to work with and they all respond in a quick manner. Without hesitation, we recommend Travis Creech for any septic and plumbing needs you may need!

I am extremely thankful for this company’s service. They came out within a few hours the first day to drain my septic tank. The next day, they came out to flush my lines. I highly recommend their work...fast, quick, and quality service. All of this was done a few days before Christmas and while they were short staffed due to a couple of men being out sick.

I had a new hot water heater installed by Travis Creech Plumbing back in March 2022. In November 2023 I called them to help identify some issues we were having with inconsistent temps and no hot water in the kitchen. Young tech came out and called me saying he didn't see any issues. Asked him if the kitchen sink magically had hot water now and he said well, no. I had to remind him that was a problem! He then called back saying I had a bad element, that he wasn't able to remove and they had to send another tech out to get it out. I asked from the first time I called about the unit being under warranty as it was only a year old and was told time after time there was no warranty. They did not fix the issue and didn't even refill the hot water heater to test if the repair fixed the problem. I had to have another plumber come out and they saw rust, which draws the assumption that an old element was put in. Called the manufacturer and it was confirmed that the unit had a 6 year parts warranty. They have denied any warranty on their product or provide any guidance on how to obtain warrantied parts. Inexperienced techs, not warranting products they sell...how does a reputable plumber not know the warranties of their products?! Will never use this company, and will continue to warn everyone about their practices.

Travis Creech plumbing came out and rectified the problem. Tank was replaced again and they made the misdiagnosis of clogging from cap right with me by including a concrete tank and risers which are up charges, they included them in repair for the inconvenience and the money I had previously paid. System has been working properly for several weeks now. They took care of the issue at hand. Due to the number of times I had issues I can not say it was a 5 star experience but they did right the wrong.
Followed up by sending an invoice to replace a tank that was damaged since it was installed (a month or two) sent invoice after updating review saying problem was rectified. Laughable leadership.
I would not reccomend for installing septic systems. I also would not recommend for repairing septic systems. After my tank floated out of the ground on a new construction, and after nothing in the house draining right, I was told I broke off a piece of the cap that was blocking the pipe and charged 500 and some dollars. They never ran an inspection camera in the pipe or recovered a piece of a cap. About two weeks later it was overflowing everything in my month old house(again). They come back out and found the pipe from residence to the tank had been done very poorly(was admitted to be wrong by the two employees present) all the pipe flanges were backwards giving debris a place to catch and pile up. Well that repair did the job for about another month and I have everything overflowing yet again. Also after finding the botched and rigged piping I requested a refund on my payment for the broken cap, which all messages and calls have gone ignored. -
Fantastic Company! Neil was on-time and very professional and knowledgeable. He had the new faucet installed in no-time. I will definitely use Travis Creech Plumbing again for my future needs.

Had to have our septic replaced a couple of years ago and got this company to do it. We are now having problems, they forgot to put a filter into the new system and their guy drove over one of the drain field pipes causing it to collapse. Now they won’t even return our call to come up with a plan to fix it.
