We had a water pipe break in the attic on Christmas Eve. Spangler was out that evening to mitigate the problem unbelievable response.

Dallas with Greensboro Restoration visited with us to go over every detail of the cleanup, repair and restoration. He took the worry out it and left nothing for concern for us. Can’t say enough good about him.

Mrs. Ashli Kemo (not sure if spelled correct) was simply amazing. Great service, constant communication, and quality of work is superior. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their services. 10/10 for service and customer support. Mrs. Kemo is from the Hickory offices.

Lack of communication and poor workmanship surprised me based on other reviews. Make sure you inspect the work and get very clear pricing on anything the insurance company won’t cover. Poor attitude of accounting department is another area to watch. Their go-to comment is to threaten to put a lien on your home if you question charges.

The initial water damage mitigation phase has gone extremely well. Everyone was professional and timely, from the first call, to the estimator's visit, to the onsite crew preparing and drying the rooms.
