We recently had a problem with our pump. Wade informed us of the problem, contacted the office to send us specs for a new pump. He went back to look the pump over again and found a minor problem was the issue and fixed it then. Pool Scouts to the rescue again. I cannot say enough about the companies professionalism.

My husband and I can't say enough about Pool Scouts!! This was our first time having a inground pool and they have kept everything prefect!! On time, professional, took the time to explain and show us how to do things. The report after services is extremely detailed with before and after pics for each visit. We will be using them in the years to come!!

They guys were on time and finished early. They put together my cover with what I had without the use of instructions as I had misplaced them. They took the time to explain all they did and winterized the pool. Very professional and overall good guys. Would recommend them to everyone!!

Marcus was exceptional in showing us exactly how to care for our pool pump and did a great job with cleaning everything as well. Marcus was very friendly and easy to work with.

Contacted Pool Scouts to close out our inground pool. With a quick response we received an estimate convenient to our budget. We are now in process of the removal and filling in. Everyone was very courteous easy to communicate our wishes to. Upon leaving we noticed cleanliness was a priority. Anxiously waiting on the completion of our project.

Project completed in 1 day. Entire process was was handled meticulously and the cleanup that followed was top notch. This is one phone call I am happy I made. GREAT JOB!!

The two technicians that came out to take the pool cover off first of all let's talk about the pool cover it had 3 ft of water on it they had to pump that off then it had leaves on it and the one technician was shoulder deep into the stinkiest smelling leaves that you could ever imagine didn't complain one time they did an outstanding job they're coming back to clean it every other week I recommend them great service.

The tarp covering the pool was filled with leaves and dirty water. They uncovered the pool in stages and cleaned the top as they went. Not a drop of dirty water hit the pool. Great job Malcolm and Jay. They were courteous and friendly. -Linda and Ron Greene
