The owner(Rich) is one of the best people u can ask to talk to you. When it comes to getting you cooling they are on the top of their game. they teach their new guys pretty fast and for the last few years its been the same 5 people which is nice too. They are very professional and kinds and courteous.

Our renters called to say their air stopped working so we called and they said they would be out that afternoon. 5 minutes goes by and our renter calls and says " wow they are here, im super impressed. And they fixed it right away. It was 85 degrees in the house! This is an awesome company and we have used them for 13 years. Can't beat the service.

Called in the morning a week ago because my AC wasn’t working. I was told that they would be over that afternoon to check it out. I never heard from them and they never came. I called them back before 5 PM to check in to see if they were still coming. No answer. I called several times the next day to see if they were still planning on coming. I left several messages and no one ever called me back. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them. Needless to say I found someone else to fix my AC.

First I have to say I used to use Atlantic Heating and Cooling but found out that One Hour took over them and I never received a letter informing me of this so I was a little annoyed with that but they did send a gentleman out told me I would need a new compressor that would cost$4500 plus installation said I was better off with a new system ( its a 20 year old system) so they came over gave me a price of almost $13, 000 dollars not taking into account that my wife and I are both senior citizens ( me in my 70s my wife almost 80 with health problems) talked to a few people and they thought that was kind of hi show them everything they were going to replace and said that at most it should only be about $8,500 dollars nice people but overpriced

These gentlemen are one of the reasons I chose One Hour and will continue to use them. I do apologize to them for not knowing their names because they do deserve recognition.
