Constraction reviews in King, North Carolina

David did a super job at a damn good reasonable price.
He is a straight shooter , up front and honest.
I have planned to use his skills and service again in the future.
A # 1 ,

This company is top notch! I had to have some painting re-done due to another contractor making a mess and walking out. This company came and did an excellent job, they are polite, professional and clean up after themselves as a matter of fact they clean better than how they found it. Thank you David and Josh

Deck structure repaired and all surface boards replaced. Installed deck-step lighting. David assessed my drainage issue and installed a French drain to help address the problem. I plan to use his services in the future.

Amazing Job.. They arrived right on time and began work immediately. They completed the job painting our barns on schedule and it came out amazing! They cleaned up everything like they were never there. I highly recommend Contract Painting and his team. I will definitely use them again for future projects!

These guys did a real good job of removing the old popcorn ceiling and making a smooth ceiling which is very important, painting most of the house inside and remodeling a bathroom. They were also very pleasant and nice.

Contract Painting & Renovations did a good job removing the battens from the walls of our modular home and priming them for painting. They were professional and efficient throughout the entire process. The walls look smooth and perfectly prepped. We are happy with the results. Thanks!

I spoke with David in early November. We requested that certain items were completed, walls refinished, carpet and VCT stripped and replaced and a wall demoed and refinished. He provided pricing and started work within a few weeks. Our request also stipulated that the work be complete by the end of December. We had several change request along the way. David was complete within our schedule and very professional.

David prepped, primed and painted my garage. He did an amazing job and very reasonable on price. I will definitely hire David for future painting or renovations. He completed the job yesterday and will stop by this morning to make sure all looks good in the daylight.

The owners of this company really are professional. They pay close attention to detail and help your dreams become reality!

Needing your Kitchen remodeled with a unique and stunning face lift, this company is for you!! Brittany is professional and her eye for creating a beautiful space is pure talent!!

We had our kitchen cabinets painted and it completely changed the look of the whole room. They took time to meet with us to get to know what we really wanted and then delivered results that were even better than we were expecting. I can’t wait to work with them again on future projects.

Brittany and Adam did an amazing job helping us update our 20 year old kitchen. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with!

Clean, quiet and quick. Brittany and Adam are like home reno ninjas that will no doubt tackle your project effectively and efficiently.

I first met Brittany when she repainted and repaired a shabby MDF double vanity for me, in my primary bathroom that still looks perfect 6 years later through heavy daily use, moisture, toddlers, you name it.

My most recent story is that while painted the first level of my home I got lazy and decided to have the painters paint my kitchen cabinets. Oh no, I immediately regretted the decision and had a mess of peeling paint, crooked hardware and dust. I emailed Brittany and she got back to me right away, and scheduled an appointment with me. After she and Adam assessed the situation, they were in/out of our home like ninjas— you wouldn’t even know they had been here except for now we have beautiful finished and upgraded kitchen cabinets that have increase the value of our home.

They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional and tidy and I’m glad they were able to help us, twice.

Simply put, Carolina Sourhern Co. exceeded our expectations. Brittany was very professional and knowledgeable from beginning to the end of our kitchen renovation. She and Adam did very high quality and professional work, the cabinet finish is amazing. Brittany handled everything we agreed to and more (even waiting for appliances to be delivered when I wasn’t able to be there!). They were a pleasure to work with. Again, their service, workmanship and direction/lead/guidance far exceeded our expectations. We are grateful.
