Slow to do work. Ten Weeks passed before they did the job. Service was done to satisfaction upon completion.

This company is contracted by my town for monthly curbside branch removal. If they perform private jobs like they perform our service I would stay as far away as possible. After watching their crews on multiple occasions, it's painfully obvious they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. They only use hands for picking up piles of branches instead of rakes, and will spread around what's left with their feet, including what's in the road. I even had their supervisor come behind them one day and ask me if they had left all of the sticks and branches in the road. When I answered yes , his excuse was that it was Monday and they were probably hung over. Guessing nothing will change with a boss that has that attitude.
