ABSOLUTELY awful experience...dude wiped down my chalk painted furniture with LIGHTING FLUID! They damaged walls and my furniture. I can’t add photos here but I have them. Floor already damaged before they left. They didn’t clean up. Would not reccomend!!

The initial install I thought went well Dec 2015, i did complain about an area i thought did not sit right but was assured it was ok.
I have a rental townhouse and now that area the floor that i initially complained about has bowed and even though the rental company had checked and said there is no indication of water damage, Your company has verbally stated that there was water damage but has not supplied anything in writing.
I live out of state and suggested that the company contact you about repairs, needless to say i am very disappointed that the repair price for repair install has doubled.

Calling into Superior Flooring was amazing. The customer service was delightful and made me feel good, knowing I was safe in their hands. The crew arrived on time, very professional and pleasant. The work was completed diligently. I have a new outlook on the appearance of my home, since installing new flooring. Thanks Superior Flooring. U guys ROCK!

I had an excellent experience with Superior Flooring. They installed carpet up stairs and the stairway, new vinyl flooring in two bathrooms, and luxury vinyl plank throughout my entire downstairs. Customer service was great and the job was done very timely and efficiently.Now I feel at home in my new house!

We hired this company to install the same hardwood flooring on the second floor as we already had on the first floor. They stated the job would take one day, which I thought was not possible, and they required payment up front, (red flag). Steve, the owner, assured us he would ensure we were completely satisfied in the end.

We also asked Steve if they could install new stair treads and the same flooring on the stairwell landing, he stated they could handle the job. We hired them to perform the work on the stairwell as well.

The installers arrived late many of the days they were working in the house, they even left early on a few days and the response from Steve was that we just needed to be patient and not rush their work.

The same installers performed the work on the stairs and after the work was complete we told Steve the work did not appear complete. The issues were:
1. The trim along the stairs was damaged in certain areas as a result of the install, damage which they did not fix.
2. The treads were nailed in and the nail holes were crooked on each step.
3. The lip previous lip holes in the trim were not filled in, sanded, nor painted.
4. The top lip was replaced with a cracked and crooked transition piece. This has now caused a safety hazard on the stairwell.
5. The risers were damaged and not repaired during the installation of the treads, some had nails protruding from them.
6. The finish on the treads was damaged as a result of the installers attempting to use a brush to touch up a sprayed finish and using matte finish paint on a gloss finish surface.

Steve advised us that his company simply installs the tread and we would have to hire a carpenter to handle the rest. We advised NONE of this was told to us prior to the install, nor was there any paperwork provided by him outlining any limitations in what they do and don't do, he agreed to perform the work we requested which ends with a finished product.

Steve refused to admit the stair treads had nail holes in them altogether, regardless of the fact he was looking right at them. He did agree to have someone come and make repairs he would own up to, I provided him a business card of a known carpenter.

The same installers returned again to perform the finishing work on the stairs and once they were complete the stairs were damaged even further than before, at this point we just told him to stop to prevent further damage.

We had a two professionals look at the job and advise us the work was done incorrectly, overall pitch of the stairs was now off at both top and bottom. The treads should have been glued, not nailed, to prevent creaking and ensure a finished look. Overall they both stated the job is still not finished.

This company asks for payment up front, they fail to keep their schedule and provide no contract outlining the scope of the project and or any limitations in what they will do and not do. They do not ensure customer service and change the scope of their services along the way to benefit the bottom line.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Owner very professional, courteous and stays on top of getting the job done as quickly as possible. Communication was immediate and notification of any change in schedule for things such as weather, etc., were without delay. Worker crews did excellent job, entire roof done in two days including clean-up. Clean-up very thorough and was done both days workers were installing the roof. Very pleased with appearance of our new roof as well and there were very accurate materials measurements for no waste. Our roof needed holes patched, not just shingles and also needed intake vents since insufficient soffit ventilation and all were done perfectly to improve ventilation in our attic with a new ridge vent system installed. Very highly recommend this business.

We had wind damage, and had to have the whole roof replaced. I was very hesitant regarding contractors coming to my home and either not completing the job or doing a very poor quality. I was given a referral for Roman roofing and I am amazed at the quality of work and the professionalism of all of the workers on site. I would recommend this company to anyone as they come when they say they will be here and worked very late one night to make sure my home was covered in case the rain came in. I was asked each day if I had questions or concerns about any of the work and given an opportunity to inspect when they were finished walking around my property with the owner. They also did an amazing clean up of all areas.

Very professional company, did everything exactly like stated and in a timely manner. We are more than happy with our new roof and new gutters!

Roman was great to work with all the way around. Super responsive to our request for estimate, very communicative, showed up for the estimate and the work when scheduled. When they came to do the work they were efficient, professional, friendly, and cleaned everything up. They also offered us some advice of maintenance things to be prepared for in the next couple years that our roof may need. We look forward to using them for seasonal roof and gutter cleaning from now on, and we will highly recommend them to everyone who needs roofing or gutter work. Thank you Roman!

Roman and team replaced my roof and gutters after I discovered a leak and storm damage. Roman is very responsive and professional. He answered all my questions and was flexible in helping me with some smaller but related home repairs while on the roof anyways. Both himself and his team were on time and helpful at every turn. They did a good job cleaning up upon completion as well. I took a chance based on reviews I found but now I am very happy I did. I will recommend Roman going forward.

Roman and his crew were extremely professional and did an excellent job replacing my roof after a tree fell on it. They also repaired the interior and painted. He was so nice and helpful during the whole experience, from start to finish. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Working with Roman was a great experience. He came out to do an estimate and didn't try to push or oversell me. He got my estimate to me quickly and on his schedule just as quick. Very satisfied with the service he provided and workmanship done.

Roman was really patient and spent time looking at my skylights and going over and explaining all my options. His crew did a fast clean job of taking our old roof off and putting a new one on. The house has never had gutters and they installed those too. They finished the job with power washing and our house looked brand new!

These guys were amazing! The young man that came out to do the estimate, Christian was so polite and professional. He was wonderful to work with. The owner Roman was also a stand up guy. He was very professional and his quote was less than his competitors. They had my old roof off and new roof on in 2 days. Hardworking guys. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing any of their services.
