We had an 8-10am appt set up. They never showed up. Called them only to get the run a round. She said she’d call me back after speaking to tech. Never called back. I had to call them. Still no answers it’s now 3:46 pm. Would not do business with this company. Unreliable unresponsive- is this how you do business because it’s not how we conduct our business. An appt used to mean something but apparently not with this company. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I had a very bad experience with Robert. I wouldn't recommend this company, Robert has a very bad attitude. They were also late to the set up appointment, and when he arrived, he was rude.

Roberto came out on Christmas day because we were out of power due to a lose wire. He was a friendly guy and fixed the issue quickly!

Chris Lee and team came out to my home within hours to fix my issue. They saved us on a friday from a weekend of " no water" . I was so happy and it was affordable. I would recommend them to anyone for service.

I had an outlet burn out all of a sudden and googled electricians in my area and Chris Lee popped up. He came out the same day and he fixed the issue abs charged us a great price. I love the communication between the secretary also. I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding all around! Prompt, courteous, fair pricing. Their office manager responses to calls/emails lighting fast, and every time someone has been out to help in 48 hours or so. Customer service is top-notch and they do great work. A+++

Highly recommend! My family lost power in the middle of the night because of a over heated electrical plug. I called Chris Lee Electric when they opened the next morning. He worked me in that morning. He came out on time, did greatwork, all for a great price.

Chris was great! Returned my phone calls promptly and even contacted me on a Sunday to set up an appointment for the following day! Great customer service. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I can't express how happy I am with the SUPER customer service that I received from everyone at Chris Lee Electric! From talking with Sara in the office, who was so helpful getting me scheduled so quickly, to the guys (Gary and Luke ) who came to my house to do the work. They did a great job getting my new fixtures in and they look fabulous! So glad that I now have a reliable electrician to call when I need one!!

Chris, Sara, and the whole team was excellent at my project here in Cary-- We had them install overhead lights (one with a fan) in two rooms upstairs and recessed lighting in our living room as well as our kitchen.
As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure what products I wanted and Chris was quick to suggest a quality product that had the look and feel that I was going for-- with an added bonus that I won't need to replace bulbs in the recessed lighting!!

They were great about making sure that my family was able to continue our work from home activities during the whole process and they made sure the space was clean each day they left.

They don't do drywall repair (they had to cut a channel in the ceiling to install pieces upstairs), BUT they did recommend me to a drywall expert I was very happy with.

I cannot recommend them enough to those looking for great electric work! (I've already sent folks their way and have no doubt they will be well taken care of).

Had a completely awesome experience with Chris Lee Electric, Inc! I had a circuit go down and needed help, fast! After finding fantastic reviews for Chris Lee Electric on Facebook and NextDoor I gave them a call this morning. Sara was very helpful, and despite having a heavy service call schedule today, she was able to schedule me in for this afternoon. Chris called me a bit later and asked if he could show up early - Wow! After arriving, Chris took but a few minutes to investigate, diagnose and correct the problem. I am just thrilled with the prompt, courteous and professional service received and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chris Lee Electric, Inc to anyone looking for a great electrician!! I can not say enough about Chris and his crew. I have very high ceiling (18-20 feet) and needed to change out a large ceiling fan, three chandelier, two bathroom lights and the bulbs in our pot lights. Chris and his crew did it all- they were efficient, clean and thorough. Not to mention that they seem to have a great time working together. So refreshing to hire someone that you can trust. Will totally recommend Chris Lee Electric to anyone looking.

I had several projects for which I needed an electrician. When I posted an inquiry on my neighborhood chat regarding a referral I quickly received four responses all recommending Chris! I am very pleased with the work he did for me and it was an enjoyable day which is not always the case when people are working in your home.
