Great prices and great customer service

Everyone is helpful and courteous and they always have what I need.

Finally found the screw I was looking for after ~1 hour. No one attempted to help, didn’t even seem like no one was working. Left and went to Home Depot for the remainder of the items I needed.

They were prompt in giving an estimate and even showed up early to put down the mulch.

This was my second time using them.

Pacheco Lawn has been doing our lawn mowing for several years and we have been pleased with the work and the responsiveness of the owner. This year we had them blow and haul away leaves, clean out the beds in our natural areas, and put down mulch and pine straw. They did an excellent job and our yard looks great. We will use them again for these additional services.

Pacheco's business must be doing great and they must be busy, so busy in fact that they can't return phone calls from potential customers.

Have used them for several years. At times difficult to reach but that is the norm for any business that is busy during the spring season. However, when you set an appointment they show-up. And they offer cuts every 10 days as well as opposed to every week. Very reasonable and have always been pleased with their service.

I have not used this 'lawn service' nor will I. I am rating them with the lowest rating because they taped their advertisement to my painted mail box causing paint damage when the tape was pulled off. If they care that little about damage to potential client's property, they are not likely to care about doing a decent job mowing the lawn. They could easily have placed their advertisement in the open newspaper box under the mail box.
