I chose to use Kyle because of these reviews. He was really hard to communicate with but once I got him here he did good work and was a nice guy. On the second job he lied to me about having pulled a permit, did half the job, then charged me for the whole job and ghosted me. Now I have to pull a permit myself, pay for it, and finish the job. Find a different plumber.

Kyle did an amazing job replacing my tankless gas water heater. Everything was done cleanly and thoroughly. Reliable and highly professional plumber at a very reasonable cost. I recommend him highly!

Called Friday morning about bathroom sink leaking occasionally. Kyle came out that afternoon when promised, found the problem I could not find, & fixed it for a fair price that was less than his quote. He also treated us like people rather than just another job. We appreciated this greatly after getting overcharged & treated like meat by another area HVAC/plumbing/electrician provider. If you want to be treated fairly & honestly as a person rather than just someone trying to get money out of you & just another job, give Kyle a call. We will be calling him back for a new water heater in the not to distant future & a new shower next year. 5 solid stars. Thanks, John

I had a great experience with Kyle & Pipe Dreams. The day before Christmas my mom's pipes froze & she didn't have any water. We were planning on hosting Christmas with about 30 people coming, so we needed to get the problem fixed quickly. I reached out to several plumbers in the area but most were either closed or couldn't come out until 3 days later. When I called Pipe Dreams I didn't get an answer but Kyle returned my call and advised he was able to come out the same day. There were a lot of people having issues with frozen pipes etc.that day so it took awhile before Kyle was able to get to us. He communicated with us throughout the day with his expected arrival time. Once he was there he told us what the problem was & fixed the issue quickly as well as sending videos. He was reasonably priced with great service. I highly recommend this company. He also helped us move the couch in the living room so we could start getting ready for Christmas gathering the next day.

Booked shower repair after noticing a slow drip. The fix was straightforward, and they tested it thoroughly. Service felt honest and efficient.

​We had a shower repair done to fix a leak that was dripping into the basement. The plumber found that the drain flange hadn't been sealed correctly by the previous owners. He reset everything and tested it multiple times to be sure. The recovery of our basement ceiling can finally begin now.

Toilet repair addressed frequent flushing issues. The technician replaced internal components and tested thoroughly. Repair was efficient and quiet. Everything works properly now.

I called for a toilet repair when flushing became inconsistent. The plumber identified the issue quickly and replaced the faulty part. He double-checked the water line connection. Everything has been functioning normally since.

​The plumbing pipe repair in the wall behind the fridge was a bit of a surgery. They were very careful with the drywall and kept the dust to a minimum while they worked on the line. I’m happy with the results and the water line to the icemaker is perfect now.

​The shower repair involved fixing a leak behind the wall that we were very concerned about. They were able to access the pipes with minimal damage to the drywall which I really appreciated. The plumbing work was very high quality and solved the problem.

Do not, and I repeat, do NOT hire these baffoons! They are unprofessional, lazy, and do not know what they are doing. I shouldn't have even let them into my home. They claimed that they could not fix the problem that I called them for and suggested that I contact the builder. I ended up doing the work myself and the part was virtually free, mind you I have never even attempted a plumbing job. They are obviously incompetent. It's probably a good thing they left because it sure saved me a slew of money and only took about 10 minutes of my time. Don't make the mistake I did. Call someone else!!!!!!

I called Patty for a hot water heater issue. John showed up in a couple hours, was able to do something under the house and got me working again. Cost? Just his time for this one - and very reasonable :) Thanks for the great service!
