THE TECH WORKED AN ENTIRE DAY ON MY 21 YEAR OLD AIR CONDITIONER. I HAD NOT HAD ANY AIR COOLING FOR 2 WEEKS. HE HAD TO REPLACE SEVERAL PARTS BURNED BY A PREVIOUS TECH FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. A GEM IN THE WORLD OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. A REALLY GREAT COMPANY TO USE.

Very happy with our experience! We needed our HVAC replaced and out of all the companies that came out to quote it, Brandon easily seemed to be the most honest and caring for what we needed. He made it seem like we were talking to a friend who specialized in the industry (giving us advice on the issues with our system, how it should be set up and with which type of equipment), unlike the other companies that gave us quotes providing no detail and clearly just trying to make an extra buck off our inexperience. Not to mention, we already knew our system was shot, but Brandon spent his first visit just trying to make it work a bit longer so we had A/C during the humid weeks we were having. They were very fast to get the equipment we needed and got everything scheduled and installed within just a few days. Communication was also top notch, Brandon and the office were very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and kind. We are very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend!!
