If I could leave no stars I most definitely would. I came home from work with it almost 90 degrees in my home. I called and Mark, the owner came out. He replaced 1 part on my unit and told me to try it. After being outside for a considerable amount of time in this heat any air is going to feel semi cool compared to outdoor temps currently. The air felt cool. So he left and not long after he left it was back up to 88 degrees in my home. The following Monday I called about payment for Friday and my unit and was told fridays service had nothing to do with anything. I would have to pay another diagnostic fee for someone to come out but payment for Friday had to be made first. He had an attitude with me when I told him my unit wasn’t working. He told me “you told me the air was cool Friday before I left and so it was working. It probably froze up so you need to cut it on and let it run.” He never entered my home one time to check anything for himself, nothing! But, I did as he said and cut my unit on. After a little while it was back up to over 80 degrees. So now I have another company coming to check my unit to find out what’s wrong with it because I paid for a diagnostic fee and a part that didn’t even fix my problem in the first place then he wanted more to actually “figure” out what IS wrong!

Cameron was my service technician today, he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and made sure my unit was running properly.

Technician Mickey was very professional. He was very informative explaining what he did. I would definitely recommend Simon services.

GARYYYYY SIMPLY AMAZING!!! He is Professional, Extremely Informative no question was left unanswered. Simmons is a Company that part of its foundation is built on integrity. The Staff stand strong on this foundation and it not only shows when you meet them but in the work that they do. I was so close to being scammed and contacted Simmons and they reassured Me I was in good hands. The Professionalism is phenomenal. I recommend Simmons over and over and over again!! Cameron is a top notch technician. Cameron was doing our routine maintenance and installing our smart sensors. Cameron was very informative explaining to us what consists of the routine maintenance and how the smart system worked. During his inspection of our hvac system he came across an issue that he took care of explaining to us the cause and what he done to fix it, great technician much appreciated.

Cameron and Garrett were our Service Techs today. They were very knowledgeable and such a pleasant and kind young men. They explained what they were doing and also had photos to show me what they were talking about which was very helpful.

Dean or Mickey White was very professional. He was thorough. I appreciated how he comported himself. Unfortunately, I was unable to avail his services, because of the cost. Thanks again..

All of the employees that work to replace our air conditioner stating with Ryan Calhoun, Nate Brown, Daniel Honeycott, JR Lamb, Dillion Jones, Bryant Johnson, Nate Brown and Adam Chavis and Nicholas Chavis did a great job and we recommend Simmons One Hour Heating & Air anytime they are all great guys and all of the receptionist who answer the phone were great and very polite. Everyone did a great job. The technician Cameron Cooper and his helper, was very polite did a great job, I just can't remember the other person name, but they both was great.

Our technician, Mickey White was very professional and knowledgeable. He had our heat back up and running in about an hour. Would definitely recommend Simmons One Hour Heating and Air and technician, Mickey White.

Nat from Simmons was polite, went right to work, he was efficient , got the job done correctly and was on his way to another stop. In under an hour. AND that is why I always call Simmons One Hour for my AC/HC problems

Danielle Honeycutt came out today to give me a estimate on cost of replacement HVAC. Further in our discussion he could not give me a estimate and report because I was going through my home insurance company. Daniel said Simmons One Hour could not wait on a decision weeks out and prices are only Good for current time. Daniel ask what I was going to do if Home Insurance turned me down I told him I would have to go to next step. Daniel tried to get me to go through finance with them today. I told Daniel I just need estimate and report. Daniel said we just dont go out and do estimate to float around every where. I ask Daniel are you going to do the report. Daniel said no. I told Daniel fine just forget it. Since when does a HVAC System cost 14,000.00 that includes so called discounts which is ridiculous. Word of advice to every one is if you going through a Insurance Company don't consider Simmons one hour Service.

I provided a 2-star review for the following reasons:

1. Duct cleaning may have been completed, but the crew failed to clean my floors under each vent and did not take the remaining trash bags with them.

2. The service was great. My ducts look clean as far as I can see, but I clearly communicated to the service rep that I just had new floors installed and to please be careful and clean up. That was not communicated to the cleaningy team…or they just didn’t care about that bit of information.

I had a great experience with the HVAC maintenance service. The technician, Cameron, was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, performed a thorough inspection and made sure everything was running efficiently before leaving. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!

Ryan C. Did a outstanding job a jamup hvac technician. Ryan explained to us the issue, what caused the issue and what was done to correct the issue. Ryan was very patient answering any questions we had. Simmons One Hour installed our unit and we will continue to use Simmons One Hour to service our unit. Very impressed on the work done appreciate it Ryan.

Josh was right on time, spent several hours cleaning and checking our HVAC system, installed several sensors and showed us how we can track the health of our system on the app. They scheduled additional appointments to assist with other issues. Very pleased!
