Excellent and much needed deep clean to get us back on track. The cleaners arrived on time and worked the entire time which was probably 5-6 hours. They were very professional. I am looking forward to being on the weekly schedule!

I have been using Molly Maid for over four years and have been very satisfied with the service. The ladies, Marisela and Maria, do a great job, and they are always pleasant. I like their efficiency in getting the cleaning done in a short amount of time.

I can't give a complete review, but they seem professional. I just couldn't go with the estimate, because it sound to expensive in the phone . I have a small 1100 square ft home. I needed some dusting done, because we painted our kitchen. They wanted to charge commercial cleaning. This is not a buisness! It's a home. They say don't polish furniture, they dry dust. I have allergy, I don't want the dust flying on the air and back on the furniture. That sounds a waste of money if they don't clean like I do.

We've been using them for about two years and have been very happy overall. The team is friendly and always inquires if we've been happy or if there's anything we need them to do better or different. And our dog loves them !

We were very happy with the services and the amount of time it took the team to complete it. Our toilets have always had mineral deposits/rings and they were gone! We've tried everything and never been able to remove it. Thorough and professional.

I am very happy to share my sincere praise for the Molly Maid team who have been cleaning my home since June 2014. Not only do they do a great job, they are people I completely trust. The staff at the office are also very professional -- and much appreciated.

Marilyn is amazingly rude, doesn’t listen, talks over you, speaks to you as a child. Reinforced multiple times I could not cancel or change the date of my appointment without losing my deposit. However, I was contacted to change it for them, which I refused, called at 8:45a to change the 9a appointment to “in the afternoon “. Showed up with way to many staff. “This is the cleanest house I’ve ever cleaned” by your staff who are wonderful. I kept being asked as more & more staff came in why they were there. The supervisor had them cleaning windows ( which they don’t do) to justify the $503. Hire their staff, never work with their management. I have it all documented.

They clean my house once a month. Yesterday they cleaned my oven, and it looks brand new! I am delighted and appreciate Molly Maid very much! Yes I highly recommend them.:)

The two young ladies who come to my house are always cheerful. They do a good job in a timely fashion. We like and respect one another. They love my dogs and my dogs love them in return...you can tell a lot about people by how your pets respond to them. I like having the same two ladies working as a team. They are honest and trustworthy.

In the past, in two other states, I had fantastic service from Molly Maids. I expected at least some help and / or good communication. Yesterday, I called and explained to the scheduler what I needed help with. They gladly took my $50 deposit and said they could do the job. Once they arrived, they said they could not do what I asked them to do. And instead of explaining specifically what they “could” and “could not” do, they just left. And now, they will not refund my $50. I gladly would have adjusted what I was asking them to do because any help at all, was needed! I’m not only very disappointed, I’m very upset. Now I can’t meet an important deadline to have the place ready. I will never use this particular Molly Maids again. And if they don’t refund my deposit, I will report them to the BBB.

We were hesitant to go with a company over an individual because of poor experiences in the past. Molly Maid is redeeming that so far! We’ve only had our initial clean but have been very pleased! Everyone has been friendly, professional, and our clean was thorough! Eli and Diane did a great job!

I would give no stars if I could. Very unhappy with our experience. Will not recommend to anyone. When I called (and I called right after they left) and complained I was told the manager would get back to me. Almost a week later of me constantly calling did he finally call back. Then I was told that all the areas of concern were “gray areas”! They left a whole half of one of my rooms untouched. There was plenty of dust everywhere. I had to go behind them and not only re-do everything but then I had to straighten my frames on my walls and put things back the way they were prior to them even coming. I had to clean up my soaked microwave and clean the soap left on my counters. SO not worth the money. And all they wanted to give me back was a measly $90 because he was feeling “generous” yet I’m left with a dirty house. Out way more money. I took pictures like they said and they still......had even asked for a manager to come see. Nothing. Please. Don’t waste your time or money. There is better out there. Trust me, I’ve hired them.

The staff who show up are very professional and are always prompt and efficient and very satisfactory in detailing my house. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone.

I scheduled Molly Maid for my daughter in love as a birthday gift and to welcome their second child this month. The ladies that came were kind and did a great job!! From my daughter: “Overall a good thorough job. Would definitely have them come back again to clean.” We appreciate all the work they did!! 💕💕💕💕

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially bad ones, but when you pay $400 for your home to be cleaned- you expect it to be CLEAN, like really clean. We just sold our house so we wanted it to be sparkling for the new owner. Our issue was with the floors. They looked like they had been quickly swept (there was noticeable dirt still on the floor) and they for sure were not mopped. When we called, we were told that they would have the manager call us and try and get cleaners out the next day to do it. That alone bugs me. There shouldn’t be any reason for cleaners to come back when I’ve already paid $400. It should have been done right the first time. They tried to come back the next morning, with no notice. And we never got a call from the manager. Once I got a text that they were at the house, which I had no idea about since I was at work and I was never called, I called Molly Maid and spoke to the manager. His only “excuses” were that it was quality inspected (the floors would have looked better if that was the case) and that they sent people over to fix it (with zero notice) and essentially it’s my fault since I wasn’t there. He later told us that they couldn’t do anything about it since we had already gotten a discount from “the best cleaning service around” (what a joke) and repeated that it had been quality inspected. The cleaning did not feel like it was $400 worth and what made it all worse was the lack of customer service from the manager. We will never use Molly Maid again.

Brenda and Conner are great. They come weekly. They are quick and efficient. The same system to clean is used each week. I would not have gone weekly if I didn't feel I was getting quality service.

I have discontinued Molly Maid our maid that never missed a cleaning no longer works there and her counterpart does not come every cleaning.
