I had my ac breakdown and of course it had to break on the 🥵 hottest day. I had a company tell me I had a bad compressor and my unit can’t be fixed and it’s going to cost me $18000 to replace it. I don’t have that kind of money. Thank god that I called ice bear heating and cooling because ark came and fixed it. He is like the ac magician. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you so much, you’re a life saver.

When you tell you Ice Bear Heating and Cooling will not disappoint you I truly and sincerely mean it, I only write reviews when I feel they are deserved and Arkan and his crew are amazing and very professional since the first time we communicated. I had been without heat for 10 days due to another contractor and when I e Bear Heating came to my home within 10 mins of them coming in and viewing my system they knew exactly what the issue was. Upon their return to do the repair they had heat in my home within 15 mins and from the moment they walked in they assured me that it would be fixed and they did not disappoint. Please tell all your neighbors, Coworkers and Friends about this company they will be very happy you. Thanks so much Ice Bear Heating and Arkan you guys are great!!

They were fantastic. We have had more than one HVAC person to the house to try and fix our furnace and none of them helped. Ice Bear was able to find the problem and fix it very fast. Couldn't be happier.

Have always been very pleased with ice bear service and response to any to any issues that arise. They keep my unit maintained so well that I don’t have any problems other than scheduling the maintenance appointments.

Our AC stopped yesterday afternoon and having a pregnant wife, I knew that I had to get someone out here quick.I called my normal HVAC company this morning and no answer. I called Ice Bear, explained the situation and he was at our house within an hour. He explained everything he was doing, was super professional, very understanding and very nice. He got everything done today and we are so happy with the entire experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Only giving one star because of no lower star available. Tech guy said be back in one hour. After excuse after excuse. Seven hours later, its fixed (we hope). They say "Can't say anything nice don't say anything at all". That should say it all!!

Arkan was so incredibly helpful with informing us what the cause of our air conditioning issues were and immediately fixed them. He was knowledgeable, kind, on time, efficient, and I can not recommend his services enough. I will 100% only use his business from now on when dealing with AC/air quality issues.

This guy Arkan completely ripped me off.
Charged $700 and said that he had to install all types of "parts" to fix my heat.
Was exhibiting the same problems less than 10 days later. I tried to get him to resolve it and his attitude only got worse.
Gave me the run around telling me he would come and fix it etc.... would only show up in the late evening. He showed up without any tools and was asking me to provide a screwdriver small enough to attempt to work on the thermostat leads. What kind of professional hvac tech doesn't have basic tools or even a flashlight? After multiple attempts without any real answers.... the end result with Arkan was that he said my thermostat needed batteries and that he would come back " later"... to which i responded that if that's the case, he should just go get some then.... he came back.... and while arguing and making excuses to me... he actually took the AA batteries and threw them on the ground in front of my apartment, unreal. He would not provide an itemized invoice with the supposed parts he installed. I had to call another company. The second company(Fields heating and cooling)identified the problem immediately and verified that NO NEW PARTS had been installed.
I have no idea how icebear has good reviews, my experience with him was a nightmare. The second tech was laughing the entire time at this and said that Arkan basically had no idea what he was doing. This tech Arkan is dishonest and basically stole $700 from me.... luckily I had paid with my credit card and am in the process of disputing these charges.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, this man Arkan certainly will act nice and will take your money, and then show you his real attitude when it's all said and done.

Update: Since posting this review...I am now being called multiple times, harassed and threatened with a " lawsuit" for defamation. Arkan stated to hire a " paralegal" as he was going to quote: " sue me." I'm dumbfounded at their lack of knowledge of how freedom of speech works, and this entire rating system is specifically designed for instances like this.... my response was, if I'm called again and harrased.... I'll be contacting the local authorities here.... it's gotten that bad with Arkan and his company.
I'm warning all potential customers who read this....BEWARE OF ICE BEAR HEATING AND COOLING AND ARKAN SPECIFICALLY.
Now I get the feeling that this man can be extremely threatening and volatile when the truth about their unscrupulous business practices are being posted.

We had been without heat for a week before we found Ice Bear. Arkan came to our home on Friday morning and found that we needed a new system. By Friday evening the system was delivered and early Saturday morning 3 installers came and worked all day to get the job completed. They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up before they left. Arkan is one best people we have ever dealt with. He is professional and very personal. We would definitely recommend him to do any type of work. If we ever have any other problems I will definitely call Arkan at ICE BEAR.

We called Eric after 5 on a week day and he came right over. He fixed my a/c issue quickly and at a fair price.

Owner and Senior Engineer Arkan Salam did an awesome job. Through our conversations I learned he is a dedicated family man. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and honest. He displays excellent "people skills". I am very pleased and highly recommend Ice Bear HVAC! We will ask for his business in the future when necessary. We also felt very comfortable with him in our house.

I had issue with my ac. and I have few company that came to look at it and told me I need to replace it. Arkan came and fixed it with no issue. But after speaking with my husband we decided to replace our system. Because ice bear heating and cooling quote was so much better and they offers great warranty. We love our carrier unit thank you so much keep up with the good work.

we called four companies, they all recommended to replace the system between $13000 to $15000 as the only option.
Ice Bear came with three options, finally they fixed it for a very fair price and my system is working better than before, I waited three months to write this review to make sure everything is ok.

Determined that my heat pump was beyond repair on Saturday evening and had a new one installed and running on Monday afternoon. They were great to work with and I highly recommend this company. Good people and good products.
